After the pretty disappointing episode last week involving Amunet Black and Goldface, this week gave us an episode that I really enjoyed and I hope that the rest of the season is like this! The smallest storyline by far in fact involved Barry himself, and I think he was only in like 3 or 4 scenes in the whole episode! Joe wanted him to look into an old case, thereby finding that this old case with a deemed "accident" was actually seemingly the work of Black Hole who were killing off people. The next storyline involved fake Iris as she worked to get the Mirror gun we saw previously in season 5, eventually obtaining it by the end when Barry decided to trust her with it and remove it from the Starchives. The recent influx of Obi Wan and Anakin figures to Hasbro's Black Series line of 6 inch scale Star Wars figures has got me wondering how many versions of these characters are left for the line to do! As I looked through, I found that for the most part Obi Wan is basically covered, but there is still a few Anakins left to be done in the line, and in this list I will be going over the versions of both of them that have yet to seen Black Series representation yet. One of the most popular DC heroes I believe is only growing more and more in popularity is the Flash. It's been the mantle of many different heroes over the decades from Barry Allen to Wally West. For that reason this list is not going to stick to any one version of the character and instead I'll be covering all kinds of Flashs that I want in McFarlane's line of DC action figures. Batwoman is back from a break that I didn't realize was going to happen, and I hope doesn't happen again because I've never liked the random week or two long breaks that the CW does with their shows in the back half of every season. The episode offered some really awesome points but I think there were some parts of it I found a little weird, and I still haven't really gotten used to having a misplaced multiverse character suddenly in the story...though that isn't much of an issue by the end. The Trinity in the comic books consists of Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Those first two both have 3-4 figures each in the first wave of DC figures from McFarlane toys, but so far we haven't received a single Wonder Woman. The character has always been popular and I think her popularity has been boosted recently by the live action portrayals of the character which have all been stellar! I'm sure that in no time at all, we will have a swath of Wonder Woman figures to choose from and in anticipation of Wonder Woman figures I've chosen out the top 5 I'd like to see made! A large portion of the first wave of new DC action figures from McFarlane came from the animated portion of the Multiverse! 3 figures, Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern all hailed from the cartoon adaptations of the characters and I think that the figures look great in their stylized, cartoon forms that hasn't been diluted down to fit with the comic book characters. It makes for an amazing aesthetic difference, and I'm so excited to see what other characters from the animated shows appear in the line! Here are the top 5 I've been thinking about. McFarlane has so far blown me away with their new line of DC action figures. I know the lay has its naysayers, but I honestly don't see the criticism and I think it is one of the best DC lines we've gotten in a long time. The sculpting is absolutely amazing on the figures, with each one being a totally new sculpt while past lines would constantly re-use and re-color figures. The articulation on most is well above what Mattel was giving us, and I love the diversity of aesthetics and characters that mirrors what Mattel's DC line was doing. The first wave consisted of 12 awesome figures, all from differing media, but for the first wave for the most part the line did focus on the main DC characters. We got three versions each of Batman and Superman for example, and I'm sure there will be more to come. With that expectation in mind, I've thought about what characters were in that first wave, and the alternate versions of some of them that I'd like the Multiverse li...
