Top 5 most wanted Diamond Select Invincible tv show action figures

There's no way to describe the new Invincible tv show on Amazon prime other than saying anyone who hasn't seen it should see it immediately. I was jaw dropping and amazing throughout, the purposeful, alarming graphic violence and a really engaging storyline. Having read the comic series it is based on it has me overjoyed to see the series adapted so successfully to a tv show, and even more so to see Diamond Select taking on the reigns of action figure production! So far they're making Invincible himself along with Omni-Man, both of which look great, and with the show already confirmed for two more seasons I hope the toyline lasts long as well! These are my personal top 5 picks for what Invincible figures I hope to get next based on the show!

5. Rex Splode
One of the principle heroes of the show, and someone who comes across as very abrasive and rude, albeit funny, Rex Splode has plenty of rivalry moments with the show's main character and a lot of great moments throughout. His powers are cool to see implemented in the universe, with his yellow and orange outfit so pleasing as a design.


4. Atom Eve
Arguably one of the characters most likely to get a figure next, Atom Eve was one of the main characters of the whole series. Her powers are insanely powerful, and I'm excited to see them keep growing and display more of her innate potential as a hero that she hasn't quite realized inside herself yet. It'll be great to see her character grow further, and her pink outfit, like Rexplode's, comes across very well. 


3. Monster Girl
One of the coolest characters of the show, and most tragic, is Monster Girl. Basically very similar to the Hulk, except whenever she transforms she gets younger, meaning that while she is a young woman she appears to be a young girl. In the comics it was a big storyline of Robot trying to solve that conundrum, and it will be so cool to see it explored in the show! Monster Girl's monstrous form would make for a really cool figure in the line, with a very middle earth look to the character.


2. Mauler Twins
One of my all time favorite pair of characters from the Invincible universe if the Mauler Twins, a pair of clones who both believe they're the original, which is such a fun dynamic. This would be a great pair of figures to get on the shelf and a pretty easy one to retool and re-use pieces to smartly save money in order to get out both of the Maulers. They're some of the characters I'm most looking forward to seeing in season 2, and their white, black, and blue designs pop so well. 


1. Robot
One of my favorite designs to come out of the Invincible universe is by far the character of Robot, whose storyline surely shocked myself and lots of other viewers/readers as it unfolded. I'll avoid spoiling it, but it was a really interesting path I didn't see the character taking. The design of Robot is so cool, with his brown coloration, spindly limbs, and iconic head design.

Top 5 most wanted Jakks Pacific Sonic Badniks vol 2

(Images Source) We have been getting more and more robotic Badniks in Jakks Pacific's line of Sonic figures which is very exciting! Primary characters are great, but getting more of the background designs to fill out the scenes is awesome and we've recently got some Badniks I was eagerly waiting for like the Burrobot, Newtron, and most recently the Caterkiller!! Eggman's army is packed to the brim though with all kinds of robotic enemies, and these are five more I hope to eventually see! 5. Jaws The Chopper is not the most posable of the Badniks that we've gotten so far (not that many are very posable to begin with), but it is such a classic design from the series and another underwater enemy would be the Jaws. With Jakks Pacific steadily working through giving us little playsets themed around different levels, a set themed around the underwater sequences would be the perfect way to get this guy into the line. 4. CW's Crisis on Infinite Earth episodes 4 and 5 finale spoiler review (Arrow S08 EP08/Legends of Tomorrow S05 EP01)

After a bit of a hiatus the CW's Crisis on Infinite Earths event has returned to screens with the final two episodes airing back to back last night! It was a really crazy ride from start to finish, and the finale of the whole thing definitely shook up the CW Arrowverse in a big way that will surely impact a lot of the storytelling going forward! There were also a fair bit more of cameos, including a huge one that no one could have guessed was coming!
