Most anticipated upcoming Star Wars: The Black Series figures (2024)

Hasbro's Star Wars the Black Series line hasn't had my attention as of late as it used to have, which may be attributed to several other toylines pulling me up and other toylines giving me more of what I want whereas a lot of recent Black Series offerings haven't entirely been tailored towards me. However, 2024 looks to be a banger of a year so far with a heavy focus on the prequels which I will always be excited about, but being that there are pipelined characters and creatures I've been wanting for a while, as this is all just a taste of what we're getting this year! So with 2024 rolling through into March already, these are my top 5 most anticipated Black Series releases of the year! 5. Comparing Mattel's DC Multiverse line to Mcfarlane's part 9

The continued comparison between modern day Mcfarlane figures and their previous Mattel counterparts in the DC Action Figure pantheon continues as another 10 figures are compared and contrasted with the present and the past, and which points either company tackled better than the other. Batmen, live action films, iconic comic characters, and more lie ahead! (Images Source unless stated otherwise) Black Lightning Starting off the list will be Jefferson Pierce, a recent example I really like of Mcfarlane taking B-tier heroes and pumping them into a line that has been stuffed with  Batmen and Supermen. When it came time for Mcfarlane to make their version, they smartly re-used the body sculpt of their Speeding Bullets Superman so Black Lightning comes out with some of the best articulation in the line, and while not entirely accurate to the source material the striping on the arms is a nice touch of sculpting for the design.
