(Image Source) With the Flash comics about the reset to issue 1 again for the Dawn of DC labelling, I think it is high time to take a quick look at the Infinite Frontier branding of the comic series and countdown my most wanted figures from the era of Flash comics that has brought Wally back into the fold as the primary Flash in DC Comics. Fun is the simple word I can use to describe this run as a whole, with a ton of goofy, smile-worthy moments interceded by very dire threats and impactful storyline that helps Wally's comics feel distinct from Barry's. With plenty of great heroes and villains to run through, these are my top 5 most wanted figures from the Infinite Frontier Flash series! 5. Wally West (Image Source) Starting off the list will be Wally himself, wearing a suit very similar to the one he wore before Flashpoint reset everything. One of Infinite Frontier's flagship titles came to an end with issue 15, and during that 15 issue run Suicide Squad wasn't always perfect, and came across as disjointed many times in my reading, but it offered up a lot of cool characters that got the spotlight like never before, and set Amanda Waller up in a new position of power going forward! Jo Mullein It was a short encounter during the run that brought the Suicide Squad face to face with one of the newest members of the Green Lanterns, but it was enough to bring her into my list here! 2021 was a big year for DC with the initiation of the Infinite Frontier era which has been a ton of fun so far! Before that we got the creative and risk taking Future State for January and February, not to mention lots of great tv shows and movies! Mcfarlane's action figure line has also continued to be one of the highlights of the DC fandom, and his support of recent media has been so exciting to have figures for stories I'm just reading! Throughout Mcfarlane's two years with the DC license we have seen him go through nearly every corner of the DC universe in broad scales. We've gotten live action film, animated series, comic books, videogames, and dives into the biggest stories like Red Son, Flashpoint, Dark Knights Metal, Last Knight on Earth, Infinite Crisis, and I love how faithfully Mcfarlane has been pouring through DC's Multiverse! There's still so much to cover though, and with 2022 on the horizon with a whole new year of upcoming figures I thought I would sit down and recount what I expect to see in the line next year when looking at what has come already and trends from the line. So with a great second year coming to an end, these are the top five things I expect to see from Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line in 2022!
