(Image Source) Marvel's 2022 slate has wrapped up and overall another decisive year for Marvel with a lot of projects fans weren't as happy with, while others were great crowd pleasers! Phase 4 has come to a close, with phase 5 hopefully bringing in some tighter story telling and more satisfying projects overall. The Marvel Legends line has continued to run strong though, and while just about all of the projects on this list have had great representation in the toyline so far there are still plenty of new characters and designs from the MCU shelf of my display that I'm waiting to have fulfilled! Moon Knight: Arthur Harrow (Image Source) I could easily see this character being the next release in the Disney+ waves of figures from the Moon Knight tv show, which overall did leave a good taste in fans' mouths! We've to this point gotten Mr. Knight, Moon Knight, and Khonshu which are all fantastic figures, so it would only make sense to round out the display with Arthur ...

Sinister Strange This was the one we all thought was Strange Supreme after the first trailers but the movie itself makes it very evident that this is not the case, the character has a different history and very much strays towards the side of evil. He did provide for one of the visually most exciting fights in the movie for the short time he was present, especially the musical battle sequence! (Image Source) 4. The Illuminati There's one character from this team that I will safe for later on but the team as a whole was very cool to see and provided for one of the most gruesome battle scenes in the whole of the MCU! There were so many awesome easter eggs to be found in this group as well, with Black Bolt being brought back with a comic accurate suit, Xavier from the X-Men films being present, and Captain Carter being translated into live action! SPOILERS ahead for Spiderman: No Way Home, Marvel's MCU swan song for 2021 and a movie that I think really hit home for a lot of fans! I repeat again, this post will have SPOILERS galore so if you haven't seen the movie yet, stay away! With the warnings out of the way, No Way Home is definitely one of the biggest hits of the MCU and it makes sense when you see what the movie achieved! Characters from across the Spiderman cinematic universe have been brought back and reutilized in fantastic ways, making Dafoe's Green Goblin one of the best MCU villains, and providing respectful returns of Andrew and Tobey's Spidermen! I've looked at the MCU's phases 1 and 2 for inspiration of what Marvel Legends figures I'd like to see made next, so the next logical step is to look into phase 3 which is arguably the strongest phase of films Marvel had in their first 10 years. So many incredilbe films and moments took place over this span of time, with the largest amount of films yet being released, and the culmination of the Infinity Saga taking place! With 11 movies to take a look at, these are the 11 characters I want most across these films from Civil War to Far From Home! I was extremely on board with the idea of What If...? The show was poised to give us so many unique, compelling ideas and with the show being animation there was no limit to what they could pull off with each episode! In the end, I think 'fun' is what best describes the show; however, I wasn't overly impressed with it in terms of story and characters aside from a handful of episodes. I'm still a huge fan of this show's concept and can't wait for it to continue in season 2!
