Jazwares line of Halo figures has so far been a lot of fun, and really well done. While there were quite a few QC issues plaguing the first wave of figures, that seems to be completely rectified with wave 2 which boasts a great line up of great looking figures! I love the spartan designs in general, and while no name spartan designs have been getting figures, there have also been some awesome characters chosen for the line as well such as Jerome, Emile, and Kat! At this point, there haven't been any aliens in the line, and the title of the line being the "Spartan Collection" is worrying me that we wont get any larger scale aliens from Jazwares, but with the focus currently on Spartans I will embrace that. I've mentioned it before but coming out of Toyfair 2020, my favorite surprise that caught me off guard was the reveal of Jazware's new line of Halo action figures! I had no idea they had acquired the license and the figures themselves look amazing, added to that the fact that they're pulling from different Halo games instead of just adapting the new one and I think the future may be bright for Halo action figures after Mattel let their line die. With my anticipation for this new line running high, here are the top 5 figures I'd love to receive in Jazware's Halo line of 6.5 inch figures! Toyfair 2020 has come to a close and I can say that the show itself was not a let down. So many toy companies unveiled and revealed so many great looking figures, with some amazing surprises along the way among tons of great looking figures! The only thing I'll say I was disappointing in was that there wasn't a whole lot of Star Wars the Black Series that hadn't already been revealed or leaked in some way. The Snowspeeder is definitely impressive though! I have really no complaints about the rest of the show though, and in particular these five reveals I'm about to discuss are my favorite moments of the whole weekend! Out of all of the videogames franchises out there, Halo is among my absolute favorites. While it can be seen as just another first person shooter game, I admire it for its deep lore, characters, and storylines that have played out through seven main series games. The adventures of Master Chief and the side stories involving Six and Rookie have been a delight to play, and so when I found out that Mattel had started a new six inch line of Halo figures I was beyond excited. I never quite got into the Mcfarlane figures, though everyone seems to say they are better than Mattel, but it's mostly because I had already missed so many characters and figures. I find some appeal in a new line that is devoted to starting over from scratch and doing all the figures from the game series.
