The Flash S06 EP04 spoiler review

Image
Me being a little late posting this review actually works out because the episode took place on Halloween and today is Halloween, and it was a very Halloween episode! Surprisingly, Flash really leaned into a horror movie vibe that I thought was really refreshing for the show and gave it a whole new tone that was fun to watch for an hour. Great leaps forward were taken in terms of characters and story, so here are my thoughts! Ralph definitely got the short end of the story line as he never even confronted Barry about his plight, mostly just spoke to Joe and Iris who convinced him in the end of the episode to continue to search for Sue Dearbon (the missing persons case) who he had initially given up on since he thought it was pointless given the

Top 5 most wanted Star Wars the Black Series Battle Droids

Image
Army builders and troops have always been an integral, recognizable part of the Star Wars universe and Hasbro's Black Series line clearly recognizes this as we have tons of clones and stormtroopers! One very iconic Star Wars troop, the Battle droid, has only just entered the action figure world and I'm hoping that plenty more are on the way! The world of battle droid is wide open and vast, and here are a few of my top choices for which ones should be coming next! Top 5 most wanted cards in the Chrono Clash Godzilla card game

Image
My brother and I recently picked up the Godzilla card game by Chrono Clash and Bandai, and have found it very fun to play! The mechanics of the game are easy to pick up once you know what the symbols mean, and we've had a blast playing the game with the different decks and cards supplied, and definitely plan on going back to pick up the Naruto sets, as well as the upcoming Evangelion sets! The one thing I'm hoping for is a second set to the Godzilla cards! The Naruto cards gave us a second set, and the Evangelion cards are already confirmed to have a second set, so the realm of possibility is there and there are still a few monsters from the Godzilla franchise yet to be covered yet. So here are the top 5 Godzilla monsters I want to see in Chrono Clash's Godzilla card game! Batwoman S01 EP04 spoiler review

Image
Batwoman flew in last night with another villain of the week and the difficult choice about how to balance personal life with the life of being a bat vigilante. We also got a lot more information on what matters revolved around skull fragments of Beth being found in some farm, and a potential bread crumb for the heroes to follow throughout the next few weeks! (Image Source) The episode gave us a very classic jewel thief-esque villain in Magpie who was very comic accurate in terms of costume design, which was great. She was obsessed with all things shiny, and while she did not pose any major threats it was still a thorn in the side of Kate who had to deal with it and learn about how hard it can be trying to be a vigilante and have a life. After meeting her new girlfriend in last week's episode, Kate continued the relationship into this episode and it was great to see her really happy for at least a little bit. Things kept popping up though, as per the superhero gig, and she

Top 5 most wanted Batman villains in the DCEU

Image
If there is anything the DCEU has been accomplishing very well it is bringing characters into live action that haven't seen that format before. Plenty of heroes are getting their due, but a lot of comic book baddies are arriving as well; primarily Batman foes. Characters like Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, and Black Mask are all getting their first proper live action treatment, not to mention the slew of other Batman villains we've gotten who already appeared in live action before. This rogues gallery is getting a lot of love, and with announcements about villains for the Batman movie so far including Catwoman and Riddler, I thought I'd make my list about which Batman foes I'd like to see in the DCEU, so here are the top 5! The Flash S06 EP03 spoiler review

Flash sped onto screens with its third episode of its 6th season last Tuesday, and while I haven't been nearly as quick with getting this review out, I thought the episode was a lot of fun and had some of the best moments so far this season! (Image Source) Related posts: The Flash S06 EP01 spoiler review The Flash S06 EP02 spoiler review It immediately opened with a horror movie-esque sequence of the zombie Ramsay created last episode killing a group of arms dealers in possession of dark matter. It was a chilling start to the episode, and everything with Ramsay I thought was really great! I have to mention it though because it is just really bugging me this season, I'm not super into Killer Frost's arc right now. She's continuing to act like a moody, angsty teenager who doesn't want to listen to anyone and listen to loud music all day. She even rolls her eyes and walks away from Barry when he was trying to tell her something; it doesn't make her cool

Top 5 most wanted Transformers TCG cards from Revenge of the Fallen

Image
Following up on my post about the Transformers cards I wanted most from the 2007 film, I'm delving into the second film in the franchise with Revenge of the Fallen! Wizards of the Coast have a great game on their hand and I'm hoping soon that they expand outside of the G1 property and take on other Transformers media; the movies in specific which I know are well known and recognizable to the fans and general public. So without further introduction, here are my top 5 most wanted characters cards from the second film! Top 5 most wanted Transformers TCG cards from Transformers (2007)

The Transformers card game has been rapidly expanding and taking on different parts of the Transformers lore over its waves. One thing it hasn't quite gotten to yet is exploring other properties outside of the G1 continuity, which I'm hoping does happen soon before there are plenty of other Transformers franchises in history that deserve their own wave in this awesome card game. I'm a big fan of the live action movies as fun, robot smash up movies, and I've made a list already going over the top character cards I wanted from the whole film franchise; however, here I'm focusing in on that first film that released in 2007. So with a smaller cast to choose from, I'm starting at the beginning with my top 5 most wanted Transformers TCG cards from Transformers 2007. Top 5 most wanted Suicide Squad members in the DCEU

Image
I was very excited for the first Suicide Squad movie when it was coming out. I love the animated films following the team, and the entire concept really stood out to me as we're used to characters never dying in comic book stories; so a series based around characters potentially dying I found really fresh. The first film didn't quite live up to expectations though, only killing off one or two characters, while also not being that great of a movie in the first place. The second seems to have real promise. Made by James Gunn, including a ton of low tier characters that are probably not going to live to the film's end (Unlike the first film which included rank A characters like Killer Croc and Deadshot who were unlikely to die), and overall looking like a big redirection from the first film which works for me. As we inch closer and closer to the film's release, I've been thinking about which Suicide Squad members I'd like to see int he movies down the road, possi

Batwoman S01 EP03 spoiler review

I feel like with this third episode the show is really starting to find itself and tonight Kate continued her journey with a really fun episode filled with self exploration and the introduction of a major Batman foe. Here is my review of the third episode in Batwoman's first season! (Image Source) Related posts: Batwoman S01 EP01 spoiler review Batwoman S01 EP02 spoiler review The city is basically in an uproar at this point because people believe that Batman has returned! Villains are clamoring for him to make himself known once again, and the streets are actually starting to become more dangerous with criminals essentially taunting Batman to appear again after being gone for so long. Kate is grappling with this issue, while the other characters in the show deal with their own slights. Sophie has been appointed as Mary's personal guard after Alice threatened Jacob's family in the previous episode; which it remains to be seen how Mary's underground medical

Top 5 most wanted unlikely Transformers Studio Series figures

Transformers Studio Series line from Hasbro has been running for around two years now and in that time we've gotten a lot of obvious, long awaited characters to make their return to the toy world with an upgraded figure, or characters to get their first figure ever! At the same time, we've gotten several characters who I never expected we would get in the line, some in the first year even! Top 5 Batwoman villains I want to see in the CW

Image
The Batwoman tv show has gotten off to what I think is a really fun start and I've had a good time so far watching Kate and her supporting cast face off against their villains and deal with the larger storyline at hand. Superheroes are often times defined by their villains though, and there are always a large cast of baddies for the hero to fight alongside their journey. So far Batwoman has given us Alice from the heroine's rogues gallery in the comics, but after some searching there are quite a few other villains from her roster I would love to see throughout the show's lifetime! So here are the top 5 Batwoman villains I'd like to see in the CW! (Image Source) Related posts: Batwoman S01 EP01 spoiler review Batwoman S01 EP02 spoiler review 5.
