Top 5 wanted S.H.Figuarts One Piece Punk Hazard arc figures

Image
(Images Source) The post-time skip era of One Piece continues with Punk Hazard, which saw many returning characters from pre-time skip, and also teed us up for Dressrosa and major ramifications going forward. While Tamashii Nation's S.H.Figuarts line has jumped around a bit in the timeline, Punk Hazard is one arc they haven't made their way too quite yet, and between the supporting cast and the villains of this storyline there are lots of great designs and characters just begging to be made. Honorable mention: Luffy Luffy's outfit in Punk Hazard is one that could be handled in a similar manner to his Egghead look, but I think it is an opportunity to really shine with soft goods in the line. For the most part the One Piece line has stayed away from doing soft goods on their figures, but that has to change given how successful it is in other lines, and Punk Hazard Luffy is a cash-grab opportunity to release the same Luffy with a new jacket and some new faceplates.  5. Top 5 wanted S.H.Figuarts One Piece Fish-Man Island saga figures

Image
(Images Source) The Marineford arc of One Piece was always going to be a difficult storyline to follow up on, with the added pressure of also following up a dramatic time skip for the Straw Hats, and for the most part I think the Fish-Man island saga did a good job reintroducing us to the Strawhats and giving us a dramatic story as they travelled towards the New World. While Tamashii Nations has a strong pre-time skip focus at the moment, there have still been a decent amount of post-time skip content in the S.H.Figuarts line between Wano and Egghead, and Fish-Man would be another great story arc from this era to delve into for figures, especially as a story arc to follow up on after their current Marineford focus. A lot of the characters from this story are HUGE and feasibly likely to never be seen in the line, unfortunately enough for Shirahoshi and King Neptune, but there were still plenty of characters that are financially feasible in size, and these are the five I want to see most...

Most Anticipated Tamashii Nations S.H.Figuarts figures for 2026

Image
2026 is already looking to be an amazing year for S.H.Figuarts from Tamashii Nations as they seem to produce more and more figures from numerous sources each year! 2025 left me on a high from figure releases, and 2026 is already looking to do the same and we haven't even made it one month into the year in terms of knowing what the year is bringing! With everything we know will be releasing in 2026, these are my top anticipated S.H.Figuarts so far!   Toji (Image Source) The return of the JJK line was one that went with the perfect choice for me. The flashback arc in season 2 was one of my favorite portions of the series, and with the rerelease of the younger Geto and Gojo the writing was on the wall for Toji to come to the line! His articulation looks insane, his accessory load out is fitting for this character's design at this time, and while the Jujutsu Kaisen line revival has jumped into the Culling Games with more recognizable characters like Yuji and Yuta, the initial jumps...

Top 5 favorite Tamashii Nations S.H.Figuarts of 2025

Image
Tamashii Nations' S.H.Figuarts line had another incredible year of releases throughout 2025. Though the price increases weren't the funnest pill the swallow, the quality of the figures were phenomenal as always. Multiple lines were firing on all cylinders, and in this list I'm going to break down the five figures that wowed me most from the 2025 offerings that I picked up! (Images Source) Honorable Mention: Ichiraku Ramen shop set One of the funnest releases had to be the Ichiraku Ramen play set for the Naruto line. This came out when the line was bursting with releases and seemed to be firing on the same rate as the One Piece and Dragon Ball line, with an entire playset cementing its status as one of the big long running lines. While the break in Naruto figures hasn't been fun, the Ichiraku Playset still stands as one of the most engaging pieces of the line that greatly help to fill out environmental displays and really breathe life into the characters and the world th...

Top 5 wanted S.H.Figuarts One Piece Summit War saga figures

Image
The Summit War saga for One Piece was an absolutely insane stretch of connected arcs and storylines that truly paid off 500 episodes of story building, world building, and character development. Enies Lobby is still my favorite overall One Piece arc at this point in the show, but Marineford and the Summit War saga have joined it as some of my all time favorite anime arcs of all time. There are so many epic scenes, insane fight sequences, emotional moments, and outstanding characters introduced or returning that narrowing it down into a top 5 for my most wanted figures from S.H.Figuarts from this saga was tough. I have done so, and with the time skip on the horizon for me, let's take a look back at the insane arc that literally changed the world of One Piece and what figures from Tamashii Nations are an absolute must for their line.  Honorable mention: Magellan Starting off with an honorable mention, I wanted to like Magellan a lot more than I did. Impel Down was such a cool setting...

Top 5 wanted S.H.Figuarts One Piece Thriller Bark saga figures

Image
(Images Source) After the insanity of Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark felt almost like a breather. A plain fun One Piece adventure with wacky villains, a fun setting, and plenty of Straw Hat hijinks, all leading up to one of the most surprisingly tense climaxes for a One Piece arc yet! While there are certainly more important arcs for Tamashii Nations to tackle in their S.H.Figuarts line I would still love several of the designs and characters from Thriller Bark, with this post looking into just that.  Honorable mention: Straw Hat Crew (Image Source) This time around the members of the Straw Hat crew didn't change up their looks as much as they had in prior arcs. Zoro, Sanji, and Chopper didn't change up their looks. Luffy would be an easy repaint of the Romance Dawn Luffy they have put out (and I'd love a larger figure of Nightmare Luffy), Usopp would just the same upcoming Romance Dawn version we're getting with add on pieces for his superstition gear, and Franky is just w...

Most wanted figure from each major toyline I collect vol 3

Image
And just like that, 900 posts have been reached on this blog. I will never get tired of talking about toys and action figures, especially as more new lines and more new companies emerge every year, and the existing lines continue to put out more and more of the designs, characters, and concepts that I love. For the 900th post I'm bringing in a new rendition of my post where I take a look at all the main toylines I collect and what figures I want most from those lines, and with the whirlwind of lines in recent times this list has expanded to include so much more. Unforunately the Lightning Collection from Hasbro seems to be dead, though we did get Dino Thunder Tommy before it ended, and from Star Wars and Transformers we've gotten both Que and Saw Gerrera. From Star Wars to S.H.Figuarts to Sonic the Hedgehog these are my top action figure toylines and the figures I want most from each of them! Transformers: Sideways (Armada) (Image Source) The upcoming Red Alert from Armada look...
