Top 5 wanted Mcfarlane DC figures based on the 2019-2021 Batman/Superman comic series

Image
One of the most fun comic series that I've read in a long time has been the 2019-2021 Batman/Superman series by DC comics! It was nothing world shattering in scale, no huge crossovers, nothing really essential to the DC universe in terms of reading (although that end teaser was very interesting), but it was just pure fun with wildly different storylines every few issues that kept me enthralled! It was a great way to showcase random villains of DC's picking, and the friendship between the title characters is always entertaining to read! So with Mcfarlane having already dipped his toes into this series a little bit (Infected Superman and King Shazam), these five figures are my next most wanted going forward! Top 5 most wanted Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Black Series figures vol 3

Return of the Jedi has been getting a lot of attention and focus from the Star Wars Black Series line by Hasbro as of lately. Whenever we aren't getting something from Mandalorian, Clone Wars, or Bad Batch it seems to be almost always something from the sixth movie in the franchise! We got all of the core trio in their Endor ponchos and outfits, General Calrissian, and finally Bib Fortuna as well! Not to mention the freaking Rancor is joining the line as the Black Series' first Haslab project! With that I'm sure that we'll be getting lots more characters from the final film in the original trilogy, and with most of my previous most wanted ROTJ figures now a reality, here is my updated list of most wanted figures from the film! 5 most wanted Batman villains in the CW Arrowverse vol 2

Image
When the Batwoman tv show started I saw it as a prime time for the Batman villains from the comics to finally get a real resurgence in the Arrowverse. We had a few great interpretations from Arrow such as Ra's Al Ghul, Deadshot, and Firefly, and while Batwoman has mostly stuck to her own villains (as she is expected to) we have seen a few Batman rogues throughout the bat themed show. Joker's Daughter, Black Mask, and Cluemaster are just a few so far and this third season of the show is coming out swinging when it comes to the Bat villains! While it isn't technically the legacy versions of the characters, we're still getting them in a capacity which includes Mad Hatter who plagued the first episode of the season, with a new Killer Croc surfacing in episode 2, and another version of Mr. Freeze slated to appear as well. Poison Ivy has also been cast to make her Arrowverse debut this season; however, this will be the true Poison Ivy as opposed to the alternate versions many

Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse The Suicide Squad (2021) movie figures vol 2

I thought that the new The Suicide Squad movie was an aboslute blast and one of the most comic book-like movies I've ever seen! From the style of the movie itself, to the characters and the costumes, it was like a real life comic book and the figure Mcfarlane made for the movie were great as well! We got a fantastic selection of characters rounding out a lot of the main cast including Harley Quinn and Bloodsport, not to mention King Shark, Polka Dot Man, and Peacemaker who I included on my previous list of most wanted figures from the movie! So with having seen the film for myself, here's the characters and designs I'm hoping Mcfarlane returns to in a potential wave 2 of The Suicide Squad figures! Top 5 most wanted Star Wars Visions Black Series figures

Newer shows like Mandalorian and Bad Batch, as well as Clone Wars' final season, all have gotten a decent amount of action figures to round out the cast and characters of those shows. Heck, Mandalorian figures have all but taken over the line! So I was a bit surprised to see that with the release of Star Wars Visions as an anthology type series hailing from the Star Wars universe, there hasn't been a single Black Series figure in sight from Hasbro! Not much in the way of product support in any way in fact. I think this is a shame as overall I really enjoyed the show and thought that some of the episodes truly stood out in a memorable way, with character designs that I would love to have in action figure form! With nearly every corner of the Star Wars universe getting action figures to this point, I'm holding hope that it's just a bit early and figures are due down the line once the designs and the show have been out for a while. So while I wait, these are my top 5 most

Top 5 most wanted Transformers WFC Kingdom Beast Wars figures vol 4

2021 has been a fantastic year for Beast Wars fans and it only continues to get better! We've nearly rounded out the entirety of the season 1 cast from the show in updated figure form, with recent reveals giving us Waspinator, Tigatron, and a great looking Terrorsaur! All of these characters were on my previous list, prompting me to now come back around to revise my top 5 most wanted Beast Wars Transformers in figure form! Top 5 most wanted Disney+ What If...? Marvel Legends figures vol 2

The finale to Marvel's What If...? animated series came and went recently, and I think the overall anthology style of the show really worked out and it was nice to walk into every episode fresh, not knowing quite what to expect. Bringing it all together by the end was a nice touch as well, and made the show feel meta when the boundaries between universes began to break. Hasbro's team of designers also wasted no time in giving us a slew of characters from the show! Nearly an entire wave consisting of a lot of the characters I had been hoping for in Captain Carter, The Watcher, Zombie Cap, T'Challa's Starlord, and the freaking Hydra Stomper as a huge deluxe figure! We also got Doctor Strange Supreme who held in my opinion the best episode of the series, and the most emotionally driven. Other figures like Heist Nebula and Zombie Hunter Spidey were both fun additions; however, made me question why we got them as opposed to some other more important characters in the series.
