SDCC 2025 has come and gone with  numerous reveals from toy companies going as hard as ever. With reveals from Hasbro, Mcfarlane, Jada Toys, and more it was truly a show like no other and one of the most exciting in recent years. So with the excitement of the weekend having passed and all the reveals out on the board, these are my top favorite SDCC reveals for the 2025 convention season!! Mcfarlane JSA and Earth 2 (Images Source) Mcfarlane's line up of DC Multiverse reveals wasn't as vast as it has been in previous showings; however, that could very well be related to the approaching end of the line. Regardless, they still had several very exciting figures shown off including a classic Scarecrow, the more classic Static Shock fans have wanted, and for me the biggest were the newest JSA members in Dr. Midnite and Starman! With season 5 of the Multiversus videogame right around the corner and more characters set to debut I wanted to talk about a couple random ideas I had for season themes, the characters that it could bring, as well as several characters I'm really hoping to see added to the game at some point! Pretty much all of these will be new properties to the game which I think are always the most exciting characters to see added, and without further ado, let's get started! (Images Source) Who Let the Dogs Out - Courage and Scooby Doo It strikes me every time I think about how the Scooby Doo franchise is part of the videogame with two different characters at launch but the title character of that series isn't included! He could even have some kind of gimmick like Jerry or B-MO to have Scrappy join the fray with him. Another character that could contribute to a dog-themed season would be the massively popular Courage the Cowardly Dog, one of my all time favorite Cartoon Network shows and...

I will never get tired of talking about toys and action figures, especially as more new lines and more new companies emerge every year, and the existing lines continue to put out more and more of the designs, characters, and concepts that I love. For the 900th post I'm bringing in a new rendition of my post where I take a look at all the main toylines I collect and what figures I want most from those lines, and with the whirlwind of lines in recent times this list has expanded to include so much more. Unforunately the Lightning Collection from Hasbro seems to be dead, though we did get Dino Thunder Tommy before it ended, and from Star Wars and Transformers we've gotten both Que and Saw Gerrera. (Images Source) While Godzilla's Ultimates! line of figures from Super7 is still planted in Heisei, Super7 have been vocal about their plans for the future regarding branching into Millenium at some point, Showa in the future, but unless I've missed it I haven't heard much discussion about the Reiwa era. Minus One's Godzilla has been one of the most successful releases in the line so far to no surprise with how popular the film itself was, and as the first big official non-Heisei release in the line I hope to see more from this diverse era of Godzilla that's provided us with some very experimental designs and concepts!   (Images Source) The big G himself is the focus on this post as I talk about the Godzillas across the franchise that I'd love to see put out by Super7 in the Ultimates! line of figures. We've seen them greatly improve their product in the span of just a few releases, with a lot stemming from the Heisei era, but most recently we branched out for the recent Minus One design which is one of my favorite figures in the line thus far.
