Tamashii Nations' S.H.Figuarts line had another incredible year of releases throughout 2025. Though the price increases weren't the funnest pill the swallow, the quality of the figures were phenomenal as always. Multiple lines were firing on all cylinders, and in this list I'm going to break down the five figures that wowed me most from the 2025 offerings that I picked up! (Images Source) Honorable Mention: Ichiraku Ramen shop set One of the funnest releases had to be the Ichiraku Ramen play set for the Naruto line. This came out when the line was bursting with releases and seemed to be firing on the same rate as the One Piece and Dragon Ball line, with an entire playset cementing its status as one of the big long running lines. My collecting of S.H.Figuarts really took off in 2024 as I branched out into multiple new and old lines, with Tamashii Nations themselves seemingly taking their figures to the next level between character choices, sculpting improvements, and bringing new shows into the S.H.Figuarts banner! With 2024 come to a close I've put together my list of the top 5 S.H.Figuarts that stood out to me most as my favorites of the year! (Images Source) Honorable mention: Legendary Super Saiyan Goku Dragon Ball wasn't a line I had really dived into until just recently as I've finally started the franchise myself with the original show, and have found myself addicted to picking up a lot of the series' S.H.Figuarts offerings. Tamashii Nations S.H.Figuarts line has had an epic 2024 with lots of great reveals and releases amongst existing lines and new lines; but beyond that we have had plenty of reveals for the future throughout 2025 as well. There is so much to be excited for that I am thrilled to see in the pipeline, and before I put out a list counting down my favorite Figuarts of 2024 I'm looking ahead to my top anticipated S.H.Figuarts figures of 2025! Honorable mentions: Voldemort and Harry Potter (Images Source) I recently posted about my excitement at seeing the return of the Harry Potter line and my hope to see it continue. Both Voldemort and Harry look like fantastic releases to revive the line, and Voldemort's soft goods in particular I can't wait to see in-hand! 5. (Images Source) Honorable Mention: Stardust dragon and Yugi tease I haven't jumped into the Yu-Gi-Oh line quite yet but the reveals and releases so far have all looked stellar and invoked a lot of nostalgia from my childhood. The event revealed the Stardust Dragon which is from an era of the franchise I am not familiar with but I can't deny how savage this design is and how beautiful the combination of blue and silver is with the purple highlights on the chest and shoulders. Not only this but they teased the first duelist in the line with Yugi himself which is a long time coming given how many duel monsters have been put out.  1. Harry Potter I was of the mind that the Harry Potter line was dead after the Malfoy figure never materialized and the line halted with no new news for a few years at this point. Honorable mention: Black Series pipeline reveals - Kelnacca and Commando Droid (Image Source) While the legitimate reveals from Black Series were fun, with Dedra Meero and the Beskar armored Stormtroopers finally entering the line, I have to admit that the pipeline reveals were what got me pumped more than anything! a Commando Droid from Clone Wars is going to be such a sell out, not to mention Moff Gideon's Beskar armored suit, and my personal hypest pipeline reveals: Kelnacca! He and Qimir are my top two latest wants in the line following The Acolyte's airing, and we are at least getting Kelnacca checked off somewhat quickly! though why they chose to bring Bazil into the line first will forever baffle me.  5.
