Top 5 most wanted updated Transformers Prime figures vol 2

Image
With Transformers Legacy's toyline this year we are getting figures based on a lot of different shows and media all across the Transformers franchise! Of course there are still lots of G1 figures, but we're also getting more Beast Wars, Cybertron, some G2, along with Prime characters! The twist for the Prime figures in particular though are that they've been G1-ified. While I would have preferred fully faithful new figures based on the Prime designs, I do recognize that a lot of those original Prime figures were near perfect and this is a neat idea they're going with for now. So with Arcee, Bulkhead, and Knockout all introduced into the Legacy line so far and Prime characters seemingly being a mainstay for the concept, here are my next top 5 most wanted updated Prime characters! (Image 1 Source)   (Image 2 Source) 5. Skyquake and Dreadwing The traditional G1 Seeker designs have gotten a heaping heck of a lot of love from the War for Cybertron line, and the Studio Series

Top 5 most wanted DC Multiverse figures based on The Terrifics (2018)

(Image Source) 5. Mr Terrible and Ms Terrific I was very pleasantly surprised with how much of a multi-versal story The Terrifics turned out to be! A prime example of that storyline comes through with my first slot on the list! Bizarro's team of Terribles were a really fun batch of characters in a zany and entertaining storyline, with Mr Terrible being one of the best designs from the group! His T-shaped head would be very unique in the toyline! Another variant of Mr. Terrific from out in the multiverse was Ms Terrific, Paula, who in her universe became Ms Terrific after her Michael died. She was a really compelling character to see on the team especially in concerns to her interactions with Michael himself.  (Image 1 Source)   (Image 2 Source) 4. Tom Strong This was a character I had no background knowledge about before reading The Terrifics; however, I can safely say now that this character's original comic series is now on my to-read list because I enjoyed his presence and r

Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Rebirth-era Teen Titans figures

Image
The Rebirth Damien Wayne has been a great start to the team, but this extremely fun series has several more characters I'd love to see Mcfarlane tap upon for this figure line! (Image Source) 5. Crush A newer character introduced into the DC Comics world but one that has definitely been smashing her way into the lore. Introduced as the secret daughter of Lobo, Crush carries with her all the expected anger and flair that her species has been known for! She was a welcome addition to the team after their soft reboot in the series, with her eventual showdown with Lobo one that had been a long time coming! The character even got her own limited series as of last year! (Image Source) 4. Roundhouse Another character added to Robin's Teen Titans team after the No Justice event was Roundhouse, a newer superhero who was still learning how to use his powers, and function in social settings! His friendship with Kid Flash was one of the anchoring points of the comic, and the twist that he wa

Top 5 most wanted DC Multiverse Rebirth-era Titans figures

Wally's Rebirth look is a figure I'm very excited about, and would have been my number one most wanted figure from this great comic series! But of course, there's still lot's of characters needed for the Titans roster! (Image Source) 5. Donna Troy With Nightwing in the line from the very beginning, and Wally set to join the line in just a few months, that leaves Donna has the odd one out to finish out what I consider to be the trinity of the Titans! She carried with her one of the most emotionally charged storylines during the Rebirth era Titans comic in which she was faced with a future version of herself called "Troia," and finding out as well that her entire history as she knew it was fabricated. The character has risen high though, becoming the leader of the Titans' after Nightwing's accident, and now helping found the Teen Titans Academy.  (Image Source) 4. Lilith We haven't seen Lilith in a while and I'm hoping that doesn't go on for

Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Retro Batman 66 figures vol 2

Image
While I do wish that Mcfarline's line of Retro 66 Batman figures based on the Adam West TV show were super articulated and in the same scale as the typical DC Multiverse figures, the figures they've been producing are still lots of fun and it's great to have this expanding line of characters from the classic tv show! At this point we've gotten a lot of all the typical members that are checked off first, with Catwoman, Riddler, and Penguin rounding out the main cast. I'm very compelled to see what Mcfarlane's does next with the line, and I have my next most wanted listed out! (Image Source) 5. Other Catwomen I thought for sure that when we got a Catwoman it would be the Julie Newmar version who portrayed Catwoman for most of the series, and even returned in the animated Return of the Caped Crusaders movie! Eartha Kitt's Catwoman is a very welcome surprise though as I don't see her get quite as much attention from her time in the series! I am holding out f

Ranking the 2020-2021 Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Build-A figures

Image
Over the years that Mcfarlane has had the DC license they've produced a number of Build-A figures similar in concept to what Marvel Legends does, and what Mattel used to do with the DC line. This isn't the norm though and only certain waves of figures that theme together will come with pieces to build an extra figure which is an approach I actually like better because it allows us to buy related characters from a singular storyline or series. There were a total of six different buildable figures from Mcfarlane's designated Build-A waves, and since only two existed in the line's first year I will be combining 2020 with 2021 to rank what I personally felt are the worst to best Build-A figures from Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line! 6. Batmobile (Wave 1) It is neat in concept, having the figures build mini Batmobiles that you could line up on the shelf, and back when Mcfarlane was going to go for this idea I  was welcome to it. Getting true figures and characters though i

Top 5 most wanted Super7 Godzilla Ultimates!

Image
Now this is a line from Super7 that I'm really excited about! Godzilla has always been one of my favorite franchises and seeing them pick up the license and already show some really great offerings for wave 1 has me very excited about what they're going to do in the future! Super7 knows their Godzilla lore, and they're endeavoring to do every monster from the film series which is something the previous license holder, Neca, wasn't doing despite their Godzilla figures being great. Super7 is starting off with the 89' Godzilla which looks perfect, and then freaking Rose Biollante! Yes, the price is high on these, but this line is shaping up to be everything I wanted from a Godzilla action figure line, and after this epic first wave these are my top 5 most wanted figures going forward! (Image Source) 5. Mutos A recent addition to the Godzilla mythos are the Mutos from the 2014 film. That film actually ranks as one of my favorite Godzilla films from the franchise, and th
