(Banner Images Source)   (Following Images Source) There are sides of the Star Wars franchise which sees more releases than others when it comes to what Hasbro's Black Series line puts out, and with the heavy focus on the Disney+ shows as of late we have seen less output from the films themselves; however, classic designs are still readily being pumped into the line and from each film in the franchise I'm still getting a lot of figures I want, such as Bodhi Rook from Rogue One, Celebration Luke and Ewoks from the original trilogy, and Dooku, Super Battle Droid, and Droidekas from the prequel trilogy! The tragic mission of the Rogue One has easily become one of my favorite stories in the whole franchise, while the heist movie Solo is one that that sat with me a lot better than it seems to have with most people. While I feel like a lot of ships these days are overlooked in comparison to the iconic designs of the originals and prequels (barring examples like Mandalorian's Razorcrest) I think a lot of great ship designs came out of these two films! In particular, here are five I'd love to see recreated in Jazwares' scaled Micro Galaxy Squadron line! 5. I remember when Hasbro made the announcement that they would be focusing on finishing teams that they've started or will start, and that made many fans, including me, so happy! We've seen quite a bit of their focus on that recently too, we FINALLY got Bodhi Rook in order to complete the Rogue One team, Ponda Baba and Dr Evazen are both being released at the same time to round out that dynamic duo, and from pipeline reveals we know we will be getting Fennec Shand and Boba Fett from the Mandalorian to finish out the season 2 finale crew. So many teams are coming together so quick, but there are lots that still need to either be finished out, and in this list I will count down my top 5 most wanted Black Series Star Wars team sets vol 2! Hasbro's Archive line for the Star Wars Black Series figures have been a great way to get older figures out on the market for more recent collectors! It is how I myself finally got a hold of the ROTS Anakin, and with so many holes in the collection being filled by these rereleases who had reached insane prices on the aftermarket I have a few more choices for what figures I'd like to see rereleased! Star Wars as a toyline has always been known for digging to the bottom of the barrel and doing some of the most obscure and barely seen characters from the movies. The Black Series line from Hasbro has mostly been doing a game of catch up this whole time, meaning its been harder for them to do those lesser known characters when they're trying to get out all of the major characters from older and newer films alike. While I do think they'll eventually catch up and do some of the fan favorite, obscure characters from the franchise, there are a few characters I do think the line will never translate into the 6 inch form, even though they may have multiple figures in the older 3.75 inch lines. So with both the Star Wars universe and Black Series line ever growing, here are 5 characters I think may be left behind, never to grace Black Series shelves. The female characters in Star Wars may be few and far between, but their presence has become more known in the franchise with the introduction with even more female heroes and the Black Series line from Hasbro has been accommodating this increase in gender diversity! Leia has been a part of the line from the beginning, but we finally got our first Padme, and sequel trilogy and spinoff characters like Jyn, Qi'ra, Cara Dune, Zorri Bliss, Holdo, and Jannah all received figures over the past few years. I've always thought that the women of Star Wars are some of the coolest characters in the franchise, and here are the five I want to get figures from most in the 6 inch Black Series line!
