(Images Source) With Powerglide, Outback, and Seapray amongst others now introduced into the modern day collecting era of Transformers, we're inching closer and closer to the fully fleshed out cast of the original G1 series. We're needling it down to some of the tertiary characters, but even they need figure support, and with 2026 well under way these are my top five most wanted G1 Transformers figures to this point. 5. Tailgate I will admit I really don't remember Tailgate at all, though that owes to his very scant appearances in the later portions of the show. Nonetheless, when talking about figues that still need to be made from the G1 series he is one that stands out as the final minibot needed to complete that iconic roster. With Swerve coming in hot (in a very red painted wave of figures) the stage is now set for Tailgate to follow suit, wrapping up the deluxe classed minibots fans have been eating up since Cliffjumper's release in WFC.  4. (Images Source) Following up on my post I had made about the top Cobra figures I wanted made in Hasbro's GI Joe Classified toyline, I am now focusing solely on the Joe side of things. The heroes of the story who battle Cobra day in and day out, each with their own special abilities and training, their own themes, and potentials to be some of the coolest figures in the line! 5. Ambush Ambush has me excited for his accessory options more than anything. A poncho and a whole tent set up for his camouflaged stake outs are all a must, and with Doc coming with a whole stretcher at the standard price point I hope that means that Ambush would be do-able with all that at the standard price point too. We've already seen camouflage materials introduced into the line by way of the Action Marine - Sniper, so the pieces are already coming together for an Ambush release!  4. We are already getting deep into the 2026 movie season but I wanted to make sure I wrapped up on catching up on the 2025 movies I wanted to see before putting together my yearly list. 2025 had a ton of great hits and one of the best summer seasons we've seen in years! There were high point movies, and low point movies, and from everything that came out that I managed to see either in theater or at home on streaming these are the top 10 films of 2025 that in my humble personal opinion are my favorites of the year.  (Images Source) Honorable Mentions: Last Breath and Revenge of the Sith rerelease Last Breath was a movie that came out pretty early in the year and I heard virtually no one talk about it. It was a tense, small film with a great line up of actors capturing an incredible true story that has to be seen to be believed! (Images Source) The Marineford arc of One Piece was always going to be a difficult storyline to follow up on, with the added pressure of also following up a dramatic time skip for the Straw Hats, and for the most part I think the Fish-Man island saga did a good job reintroducing us to the Strawhats and giving us a dramatic story as they travelled towards the New World. While Tamashii Nations has a strong pre-time skip focus at the moment, there have still been a decent amount of post-time skip content in the S.H.Figuarts line between Wano and Egghead, and Fish-Man would be another great story arc from this era to delve into for figures, especially as a story arc to follow up on after their current Marineford focus. A lot of the characters from this story are HUGE and feasibly likely to never be seen in the line, unfortunately enough for Shirahoshi and King Neptune, but there were still plenty of characters that are financially feasible in size, and these are the five I want to see most...

(Images Source) Blokees most recent wave of Galaxy Transformers model kits ended up giving me a lot of the figures I have been waiting for, rounding out the Coneheads with Thrust, rounding out the Insecticons with Bombshell, we got a killer Unicron planet mode, as well as Springer (one of my personal favorites), Trypticon to go along with Metroplex, as well as our first G1 female in Arcee! It was no doubt possibly the best wave of figures yet, especially regarding the newly implemented articulation and engineering. With Shining waves giving us Reflector, and the Defenders waves seemingly the place to get Combiners these days, I'm very much looking forward to and hoping that these five characters below will join the ever expanding line!  5. Cyclonus Thanks to a teaser on the wave 9 boxes we know that Galvatron will be coming in the next wave, seemingly continuing the trend that the recent waves have been very G1 movie based.
