(Images Source) Following up on my post I had made about the top Cobra figures I wanted made in Hasbro's GI Joe Classified toyline, I am now focusing solely on the Joe side of things. The heroes of the story who battle Cobra day in and day out, each with their own special abilities and training, their own themes, and potentials to be some of the coolest figures in the line! 5. Ambush Ambush has me excited for his accessory options more than anything. A poncho and a whole tent set up for his camouflaged stake outs are all a must, and with Doc coming with a whole stretcher at the standard price point I hope that means that Ambush would be do-able with all that at the standard price point too. We've already seen camouflage materials introduced into the line by way of the Action Marine - Sniper, so the pieces are already coming together for an Ambush release!  4. (Banner Image Source)   (Following Images Source) This was really the first subteam that Hasbro's GI Joe Classified line really delved into, delivering a hefty bunch of the Tiger Force Joe repaints and designs, with still more trickling out every so often like the Roadblock and Tripwire two pack. While other subteams have become more of a focus in recent times, the Tiger Force unit still has lots of viable entries to be check off, and with me having taken a look at so many other subteams already I'm now looking at one of the most fleshed out thus far.  5. Dial Tone We recently received our first Dial Tone figure in the line taking out his primary look from the series, and as one of the stand out season 2 characters it was great to get the character in the line amongst others like Beachhead and Leatherneck. The robotic warriors are some of the funnest army builders for the 6 inch scale line with plenty of diversity when it comes to accessories and weapon/battle damaged options. With the Retro BAT being the most recent reveal for this sub-collection in the line, I've picked out my top 5 most wanted BAT variants going forward.  5. Overkill Sporting a unique name and an even more unique design, Overkill would be a welcome addition to the BAT battalion as a stand out unit whose figure would be one of the most diverse in the line so far. (Banner Image Source)   (Following Images Source) The Ninja Force side of the GI Joe Classified line by Hasbro has been popping off lately especially with the two pack reveal of Slice and Dice who look like two of the best ninja themed characters to be released in the line so far! Nunchuck also rates up high as one of my favorites, with these martial arts styled characters being some of the most fun and unique in the line compared to their more military-styled comrades. There's still plenty of characters and variants from the world of Ninja Force to be updated for the modern day, and these are the top 5 I hope to see next in this growing subline! 5. Night Creeper The Nightcreeper we got in the mainline is one of my all time favorite army builders thus far, with a great sculpt, lots of unique accessories, and both the standard and Ninja Force styled headsculpts! (Banner Image Source)   (Following Images Source) Sgt. Slaughter's Mad Marauders are another sub group in the G.I. Joe line that have been seeing more and more releases as of late. Sgt. Slaughter himself has been released with the signature blue color scheme of the Mad Marauders, with Barbecue actually being the first release of the group years ago, and a two pack of Low Light and Spirit coming out recently. This isn't an extensive group so we're pretty close to rounding out the group, and these five slots would pretty much finish up the squad for the Classified line.  5. Falcon Falcon's initial release in the line is one of the few major misses for the design team, one which they easily rectified when it came around to the Nightforce release of the character. Falcon deserves yet another shot at redemption to wipe away the lackluster first release of the character, this time as part of Slaughter's squad with the expected blues.  4. Joe Classified including the titular guards of the group themselves which were a splendid release from 2024. Metalhead was an impressive deluxe release from the group, with a B.A.T. variant and Destro's family kin Darklon produced for the ranks as well. With Tiger Force and Python Patrol having a hefty presence in the line, it seems like Iron Grenadiers may be one of the next sublines and I sure hope so for these designs I want to see soon! 5. Destro There's no Iron Grenadiers without Destro himself and the leader of the group surely deserves a figure based on this design. The black and gold is always a striking color choice, but what really makes this figure distinct is the red cape owing to a regal appearance. It feels like a while since we've gotten a Destro release, and this would be a great way to get the character back into the fray.  4. Volt...

Hasbro's G.I. Joe Classified line continued 2024 as one of the best toylines from Hasbro, capitalizing on sculpting detail, character choice, and a wide spread of accessories for their figures, not to mention another highly successful Haslab campaign. With 2024 in the rearview mirror, these five are the G.I. Joe figures that stood out most to me.  (Images Source) 5. Techno Viper This release of the Techno Viper immediately cemented itself as one of my top five figures of the year from this line. The purple coloration already won me over, with all of the technological detailing, wiring, and the accessories put it over the top for me. The pop-up hologram piece is a ton of fun to pose with, not to mention all the options for his backpack and tools.  4. Joe's line of 6 inch scale figures from Hasbro have been continuing to grow into one of the best all time 6 inch scale action figure lines, with these year bringing a plethora of rad new characters and designs into the line! I noticed that my previous top 5 most wanted list consisted of largely only Joe characters, so to give the bad guys some love I'm releasing a Cobra focused top 5 most wanted list, just in time for SDCC! 5. Updated Baroness w/double jointed elbows The Crimson trio exclusive pack that brought us Baroness, Xamot, and Tomax in red uniforms featured a very noticeable upgrade to the Baroness figure, that being double jointed elbows. I sorely need this to be implemented into a standard black suited Baroness figure to really maximum the posability possible, especially when recent females are all implementing the double jointed elbows. 4.
