With Hasbro PulseCon just around the corner I have plenty of guesses and predictions for what we could be seeing from each of the main brand teams hosting reveals. I have more informed guesses about some licenses than others, but ultimately I'm just hoping for lots of cool toys that will end up draining my wallet as they're revealed throughout the days! I'm sure there will be more Spider-men, more Iron Men, more X Men, but there are always plenty of surprises as well! Year two of Hasbro's Haslab introduction is coming to a close with an overall 2/3 success rate! The first project, Jabba's Sail Barge was a great introduction with a well known brand and a much wanted product. Unicron for the Transformers fans was an awesome way to branch out from Star Wars and try out another brand. Cookie Monster I thought was a really cute idea, but it seemed odd, and I was sad but not surprised when the 300 dollar piece didn't reach its minimum backer count. With year three coming up, I'm excited to find out what property and what item will be coming next in the Hasbro kickstarter, and while I'm thinking it'll likely be Marvel related since it is such a huge line for Hasbro, in this post I'll be looking at all four of the big toy brands Hasbro owns and breaking down the Haslab project I want most from each! I usually wait until most of the characters on the first most wanted list are made before I release a second list; however, there's so much thinking I've done about this line and having many of the figures myself now I've thought of several more characters that I'm very much hoping make it into this trilogy of lines over the next three years. Very quickly, the Siege line has become a top rate G1 toyline, with two more years of this War for Cybertron trilogy to follow. Not too long ago Hasbro launched their new crowdfunding service that would usher in a new process through which to do larger scale projects, and the first of their new kickstarter website was a 3.75 inch scale vehicle of Jabba's Sail Barge from Return of the Jedi that measured around 4 feet long! It came out to a roaring success despite a lull in its traction, and Hasbrolab is no doubt chugging along with optimism that this process can be a success going forward. It got me to thinking what I would like to see appear on this website in the coming years, what projects I've wanted that are now more of a possibility that Hasbrolab is now an option to get them made.
