Hasbro's line of 6 inch scale Star Wars vehicle sets has definitely slowed down, with no releases this year, but I'm hoping that doesn't mean the line is dead because there is a few more vehicles I'm hoping to see released! The designs and the vehicles of the Star Wars universe help to make the galaxy feel alive and full of personality, so I hope that there are plenty of more creatures and vehicles coming to the line to stand alongside our figures in the future! The prequel love is very strong recently in Star Wars the Black Series, the line of 6 inch collection figures covering the Star Wars franchise. It felt like, as a prequel fan, that I was gasping for prequel figures in the collection not only a year ago but now we've had a flood of them, with another flood quickly coming! It's gotten me more excited for the line than I've been in a long time, and I've been thinking about some choice prequel characters I'd like to see! Racism and race are the prime points set up in New York Times bestseller, Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates. Throughout the book’s pages he talks about his own upbringing and the acts of racism he witnessed which fortified his view on life and the way that he looks at everyone around him; the book is also told through first person narration as a message to his son.
