Top 5 most wanted Transformers Legacy Diaclone figures

Image
Another realm of the Transformers legacy that the Hasbro toyline has been delving into more and more recently has been the Diaclone repaints from which Transformers itself stemmed from! We've gotten lots of neat renditions of characters through this venue such as Tigertrack, Lift Ticket, and most recently additions like Clamp Down and Burnout! There's still plenty more of these original figures to pay homage to, and these would be my top 5 most wanted! (Image Source) Honorable mentions: Loudpedal Hasbro has already been double dipping into the recent Tracks mold with Road Rage; however, they could go a step further and give us Loudpedal, the entirely black repaint of the mold which looks awesome! Anything given a standard black paintjob looks great, such as Snake Eyes for example whose entirely black color scheme helped him become one of the line's most popular characters! The only thing holding this back for me is that the Tracks mold itself isn't the greatest, but a g

Top 5 most wanted Black Series figures from Obi Wan Kenobi (Disney+)

Image
Disney+'s Obi Wan Kenobi series wrapped up with a bang, displaying one of the most epic lightsaber fights in the franchise's history, and providing lots of emotional payoff for several of the series' storylines. On the toy side of things it has been very refreshing to have around a dozen figures for the series revealed during the show's run, rather than having to wait a year or two out like we often have to do with The Mandalorian. This is hopefully a trend that sticks, because I loved watching the show and turning around to see a character on screen that I just watched have a figure revealed! Hasbro's Black Series has already gone pretty deep into the show's cast, delivering every Inquisitor, multiple looks for Obi Wan, Tala, Ned-B, and others but there is still plenty of great designs from this corner of the Star Wars universe and I hope they come sooner rather than later! (Image Source) SPOILERS AHEAD Honorable mention: Tala (Rebel outfit) Tala presence and r

Top 5 wanted Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron ships from the original trilogy

Image
Jazwares new line of Star Wars scaled vehicles looks to deliver on giving collector's their own micro squadron as the line's name promises! The offerings that have been revealed so far look fantastic with collector level sculpt and paint, not to mention plenty of features for many of the vehicles like opening cockpits, landing gear, and removable panels when applicable with interior detailing! The original trilogy as expected has a strong presence in the line's first wave with classic starships like the Millennium Falcon and X-Wings accounted for, and here are a few more of my most wanted iconic ships for the line's future! (Image Source) 5. Luke's landspeeder One of the first vehicles we see in A New Hope would be Luke's landspeeder that he takes out to search for R2 and later to Mos Eisley. It is easily recognized by fans and even got a premium release in the 6 inch scale Black Series! With the team at Jazwares already confirming that the escape pod from earli

Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Teen Titans Academy figures

Image
Teen Titans Academy wrapped up with issue 15 and while I don't think the series turned out perfect in the end, it was still a lot of fun and spotlighted a lot of great characters and a few fun storylines that will hopefully continue to be explored in the future! (Image Source) 5. The Titans The obvious one to start with would be the Titans themselves! We're still missing quite a few of them from the display and major members like Beast Boy, Raven, and Donna Troy would make for awesome action figures from Mcfarlane to go along with Nightwing and Wally! It was really nice to see these once sidekicks becoming mentors of their own to a new generation of heroes, really maturing and growing into adults and heroes of their own.  (Image Source) 4. Gorilla Grodd Unfairly, this isn't technically a character based from Teen Titans Academy but I love the New 52 design for this character and so once a storyline in the series involved Gorilla Grodd as the primary villain I had to slot hi

Top 10 most wanted Jazwares Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron ships

Image
Jazwares looks to be making a big splash with their first wave of Micro Galaxy Squadron products and I'm very happy with what I'm seeing! A line that brings together all of the assorted ships from across Star Wars in a dedicated line with great detail and a consistent scale is a dream, and I can't wait to put together my own in-scale fleet of Star Wars ships and vehicles! The first wave covers a lot of the Star Wars universe from Clone Wars to the prequel trilogy to Mandalorian and of course the original trilogy! The starships and other vehicles have always been some of the most iconic designs from the franchise, and I have quite a few I'm hoping to see next in Jazwares in-scale line! (Image Source) 10. STAP This is a small one and ideal for the smaller mystery boxes it looks like Jazwares will be doing for vehicles about this size. We haven't gotten any Separatist droid army vehicles in the line yet and I'm sorely hoping to see some soon because the droid army

Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Infinite Frontier Suicide Squad figures

Image
One of Infinite Frontier's flagship titles came to an end with issue 15, and during that 15 issue run Suicide Squad wasn't always perfect, and came across as disjointed many times in my reading, but it offered up a lot of cool characters that got the spotlight like never before, and set Amanda Waller up in a new position of power going forward! SPOILERS (Image Source) 5. Jo Mullein It was a short encounter during the run that brought the Suicide Squad face to face with one of the newest members of the Green Lanterns, but it was enough to bring her into my list here! Jo is a character I'm happy to see more and more of, and will hopefully see her in Mcfarlane's line one day as a character with a wicked set of shades! (Image Source) 4. Ambush Bug One of the most entertaining characters in the series came about a little later in the run, but no doubt left his mark as one of the best characters included! Ambush Bug's constant fourth wall breaks were a comedic joy, and hi

Top 5 most wanted Jokers in Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line vol 3

Image
One of DC's most iconic and popular villains of all time, the Joker has gotten plenty of love from the Mcfarlane line that reflects a lot of the villain's costumes across the DC multiverse! Since my last list we've gotten a few more figures, including all three of the Three Jokers, the Dark Knight Returns, and while it wasn't the version that I wanted we still did get a New 52 Death of the Family Joker. (Image Source) 5. Killing Joke If we're going to keep talking about iconic designs for the Joker it will be pretty hard not to bring up his look from the Killing Joke in which he visited Gordon's apartment wearing a Hawaiian shirt, then shot and crippled Barbara. It remains as one of the biggest moments in DC's history, and would be a figure of the Joker unlike any other in the line so far.  (Image Source) 4. Live action films I'm still waiting for Mcfarlane to start going back and giving us figures from movies that aren't currently coming out, and wh
