Ranking the episodes of Star Wars: Visions

Image
There sadly wasn't a lot of fanfare building up to Star Wars: Visions which I feel like was a big miss by the franchise because some of the stories we got from this ambitious new show were definitely outstanding and rivalled some of the larger movies and tv shows in my opinion! I hope that we get a season 2, and further exploration of these characters going forward (which we're already getting in the form of a book about the Ronan). Looking back on season 1 there were highs and lows, and in this list I'll be ranking what I thought of each episode, as different as they were, in my personal ranking of worst to best! Ranking the episodes of Marvel's What If...? season 1

I was extremely on board with the idea of What If...? The show was poised to give us so many unique, compelling ideas and with the show being animation there was no limit to what they could pull off with each episode! In the end, I think 'fun' is what best describes the show; however, I wasn't overly impressed with it in terms of story and characters aside from a handful of episodes. I'm still a huge fan of this show's concept and can't wait for it to continue in season 2! With that said, and season 2 newly announced, this is my ranking list for the episodes of Marvel's What If...? season 1! SPOILERS ahead! Mcfarlane has of late has been powering through the introduction of new characters to their line of DC action figures! I'm so thrilled to see them better fill out the ranks of these incredible, varied, and popular characters, and as the line has also entirely embraced the idea of the Multiverse I'm already thinking about what alternate versions of these newer characters I want to see down the line! So like I've done five time already, these are my most wanted alternate versions of characters from Mcfarlane's DC action figure line! Top 5 things I expect to see in Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line in 2022

Throughout Mcfarlane's two years with the DC license we have seen him go through nearly every corner of the DC universe in broad scales. We've gotten live action film, animated series, comic books, videogames, and dives into the biggest stories like Red Son, Flashpoint, Dark Knights Metal, Last Knight on Earth, Infinite Crisis, and I love how faithfully Mcfarlane has been pouring through DC's Multiverse! There's still so much to cover though, and with 2022 on the horizon with a whole new year of upcoming figures I thought I would sit down and recount what I expect to see in the line next year when looking at what has come already and trends from the line. So with a great second year coming to an end, these are the top five things I expect to see from Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line in 2022! Comparing Mattel's DC action figures to Mcfarlane's part 2

Continuing with the theme I started in a previous post, I will be taking characters designs that both Mattel and Mcfarlane utilized for their respective DC action figure lines and comparing my thoughts on the differences between how the two companies approached the figures. While I've been no stranger to how I feel Mcfarlane is better hands for the line, Mattel's offerings weren't without their merits and in the previous post I even mentioned how their armored Batman from DKR does a lot of things better than Mcfarlanes! So with another five figures picked out to focus on, Mattel's pictured on the left and Mcfarlane's on the right, here is my comparisons between Mattel and Mcfarlane part 2!
