(Image Source) The Transformers Cybertron show is one that Hasbro has been slowly dipping into with recent years, starting with Optimus Prime back during Siege, and more recently with an awesome Override and an epic Metroplex which took 2022's slot as the premium Titan class figure! While the overall quality of the show is up for debate, it stands as a show already with its foot in the Legacy roster, and several really fun designs and characters that I'd love to see updated and reintroduced into current toylines! 5. Thundercracker (Image Source) One of the first Decepticons we are introduced to in the show is the wild, gung-ho Thundercracker whose over the top accent made him one of the easily recognizable characters from the cast! (Image 1 Source)   (Image 2 Source) Hasbro is hitting us hard and fast with the Rise of the Beasts products this year, and I'm so excited that we won't have to be waiting years to get decent coverage for the designs and characters in the film like we were stuck doing with the Bumblebee movie (can't believe it wasn't until last year we got most of those Cybertron designs in figure form, the designs people were asking for figures most of). We've gotten a slew of the cast already revealed for the upcoming movie, including Maximals Cheetor and Airazor, along with villains like Battletrap, Freezer, and an epic looking Scourge, not to mention some of the base Autobot cast as well with Bumblebee and Arcee! I hope the line doesn't stop there this year and continues to fill out the cast of this awesome looking movie, and these upcoming five are one's I'm eagerly hoping to see figure representation for soon! 5. (Image Source) One of the coolest aspects of Jakks Pacific line of Sonic the Hedgehog figures to me is the prevalence of Robotnik and his Badniks! The 2.5 inch line has given us several of these iconic robot baddies to this point like Crabmeat, the Rhinobot, and Choppers amongst others; however, the games are littered with so many variations of these guys and there's so many more I hope to see soon! So with the line really hitting a stride lately these are my top 5 most wanted Badniks from Jakk's Sonic line! 5. Burrobot (Image Source) Plenty of times I've been running along in the game only to be thwarted by this driller bots flying up from the ground! Their uppercut attacks make it hard to dodge; however, they're quite easy to deal with once they come back to the ground. (Image Source) I've been talking about all the different corners of the Transformers universe I want to see updated as figures from Hasbro, and one of my all time favorite pieces of media come from the War For Cybertron videogame! I absolutely loved all of the designs to come from this series, the world that it allowed us to explore, and the very cool takes on these iconic characters! Hasbro produced a few figures for this game back in the day with varying degrees of quality, but I'm hoping that Hasbro will come around and give us really good updated versions of these characters! A controversial Transformers series among fans that hasn't been touched upon yet in Legacy but I'm hoping it eventually is because I actually quite liked it! It definitely made some odd choices as a sequel to Beast Wars, but growing up I ended up watching Beast Machines first and found it to be a lot of fun with cool characters, and a lot of very unique ideas that we hadn't seen in Transformers up to that point! The Beast fever is no doubt going to be high with Kingdom revitalizing Beast Wars displays, and the upcoming Rise of the Beasts introducing Beast-formers to the mass audience. 2023 is fast approaching and with it will be another year of Hasbro's Studio Series Transformers line! We've been getting a lot of my most wanted figures since I last talked about what I wanted from the line, with designs like Dark of the Moon Soundwave, Dino, Blitzwing, and 2007 Megatron all getting great figures. I'm sure there will be plenty of Rise of the Beasts products to accompany the film; however, everything on this list will be from media we've already seen since we haven't even gotten a trailer for that movie to show us what the designs will look like. So with this line remaining one of the best Transformers lines on the market, this is what I'm hoping to see from the movie realm in 2023! Studio Series has always been killing it as one of Hasbro's top performing Transformers toylines, consistently taking insane designs from the live action films (and recently the original G1 film) and turning them into screen accurate toy versions of what we saw on screen! We've gotten a ton of figures that I had been guessing we'd be getting sooner rather than later such as the Autobots and Soundwave from the Bumblebee movie opening scenes, The Fallen (finally), not to mention Blitzwing, Perceptor, and Blaster from the 1986 movie! With Rise of the Beasts hot on the horizon, and 2023 right around the corner, here are the top 5 Studio Series figures I think we're most likely to see next year!
