(Images Source) The latest and one of the most anticipated Star Wars projects has premiered and wrapped up its stellar first season. Maul: Shadow Lord has proven to be one of the best projects in recent Star Wars history, giving the focus to one of the best characters of the franchise and creating a well crafted story across 10 episodes with some of the most epic lightsaber duels ever. Hasbro's Black Series line of figures launched with four releases to celebrate the show, including some big names like Devon and the deadly Eleventh Brother, but there are plenty more characters I'd like to see before the line moves on.  5. (Images Source) The latest Japanese Transformers show I have caught up on was Beast Wars Neo, one that Hasbro has taken great notice of with two fantastic releases thus far in the modern era. Magmatron was a major surprise for the Commander Class price point as well as one of the plain funnest figures in recent years, with Big Convoy a long time coming that fans have been asking for. The show itself ended up being a great follow up to Beast Wars 2, with a conclusion that tied it to its predecessor and brought it to a climax that felt sitting of two shows. With a whole league of excellent designs ripe to be made, these are my top 5 Beast Wars Neo figures I want from Hasbro! 5. Hydra The pure ease of making this character has me wondering why it hasn't happened yet. Of all the Terrorsaur repaints we've received in the line so far, Hydra would be one that introduces a brand new character into the line up and brings with him a vibrant purple and red color scheme that screams on the...

(Images Source) Following up on my post I had made about the top Cobra figures I wanted made in Hasbro's GI Joe Classified toyline, I am now focusing solely on the Joe side of things. The heroes of the story who battle Cobra day in and day out, each with their own special abilities and training, their own themes, and potentials to be some of the coolest figures in the line! 5. Ambush Ambush has me excited for his accessory options more than anything. A poncho and a whole tent set up for his camouflaged stake outs are all a must, and with Doc coming with a whole stretcher at the standard price point I hope that means that Ambush would be do-able with all that at the standard price point too. We've already seen camouflage materials introduced into the line by way of the Action Marine - Sniper, so the pieces are already coming together for an Ambush release!  4. (Images Source) Blokees has definitely taken to the market in a big way with tons of Transformers fans loving these chibi-esque small easily assembled blind box model kits that have been getting better and better with each wave! The cast has expanded quickly, and they along with Yolopark are some of the best affordable non-transforming Transformers figures out there! They've got me hooked, and eagerly awaiting the reveal of their wave 10 of the Galaxy line. They've lately been alternating with the Transformers One film for their waves so it remains to be seen if wave 10 is another return to the One cast or a continuation of more G1 (or something else entirely!), but I've drawn up my most wanted Blokees Galaxy Version model kits based on the G1 continuity! 5. More Combiners Since the conclusion of the Constructicons we haven't had any more combiner teams introduced into the Galaxy line. (Images Source) It feels a little odd to think of a toyline "remastering" figures in the same vein as remastering films, but we've been seeing it as a growing trend whether it was the deceased Lightning Collection and their remastered Mighty Morphin figures, Black Series giving us updated versions of older figures such as Jango Fett and Revenge of the Sith Anakin, and now Studio Series with VW Bumblebee and AOE Grimlock receiving brand new figures in the line to improve upon their past releases. Both have been great examples of how a character can be improved with time and the just in figure technology, with Bee based less on concept art, and Grimlock being more in-line with the size we truly see in the film. Product spanning out into 2026 has been granted to us, and what a host of reveals it was! A brand new G1 Seeker mold that is already confirmed to be used for both Skywarp and Starscream in the future. The TLK Nemesis Prime retool/repaint we were promised, as well as TLK Barricade and 86' Windcharger! The big talking point is no doubt the line's first ever Titan Class figure, one that rectifies a scale issue from the very start of the line and upgrades AOE Grimlock to the gargantuan size that fits his appearance in the film! While other subteams have become more of a focus in recent times, the Tiger Force unit still has lots of viable entries to be check off, and with me having taken a look at so many other subteams already I'm now looking at one of the most fleshed out thus far.  5.
