I have officially jumped into Jazwares/Wicked Cool Toys' Pokemon toyline. It has gone very extensively into the Pokemon roster highlighting both fan favorites as well as more obscure choices from the Pokemon world, with every region represented! This toyline is certainly one of the more affordable ways to build out your Pokemon display here in the US, and with the breadth of product released and all of the figures yet to be released (Paras and Golett are looking good!) it has me infinitely excited to have a dedicated Pokemon display! Kanto will always be the bread and butter of any Pokemon line, so I am starting with Kanto and the 2 inch line of battle figures that feature the smaller 'Mons of the Pocket Monster world, and which of those smaller Pokemon from the first region of the series I want most! (Image Source) The Mandalorian and Grogu has finally premiered and it brought with it a whole second wave of figures to flesh out the cast of the film for Hasbro's 6 inch Black Series line. We've gotten big characters like Embo and Zeb who were missing from the first wave, not to mention army builders like the remnant Snowtroopers and a Mercenary Droid which I was both hoping to see developed into figures in the line! Having seen the film for myself I know there are several more designs that would make for amazing action figures from a film filled to the brim with alien and droid designs!  5. Hugo Durant (Image Source) Rio was one of my favorite parts of the Solo movie, so seeing another of his species appear it was a ton of fun, now as a food truck chef who serves Mando with information throughout the film. (Banner Image Source)   (Following Images Source)  I'm still eagerly awaiting the drop of Jada Toys' stellar looking Invincible line, but we have had it confirmed in interviews that multiple waves are in development and they intend for Invincible to be their new flagship line. A wave 2 is inevitable, and these are my hopes for characters we will see soon, especially with SDCC right around the corner next month!  5. Invincible This one would be the simplest figure for them to put out given that they already have 95% of the sculpt sans the kneepads. Keeping the main character in circulation in the line will keep hype high, and allow fans to constantly have access to the titular character of the series.  4. Atom Eve The line is lacking female characters to this point (like the show itself honestly, which the creators have noted and are trying to rectify with gender swaps like Tech Jacket), and Atom Eve would make the most sense to put out in the line. she is easily one ...

(Images Source) The latest and one of the most anticipated Star Wars projects has premiered and wrapped up its stellar first season. Maul: Shadow Lord has proven to be one of the best projects in recent Star Wars history, giving the focus to one of the best characters of the franchise and creating a well crafted story across 10 episodes with some of the most epic lightsaber duels ever. Hasbro's Black Series line of figures launched with four releases to celebrate the show, including some big names like Devon and the deadly Eleventh Brother, but there are plenty more characters I'd like to see before the line moves on.  5. (Image Source) A new Star Wars movie is nearly upon us and I for one am very exciting for the toy rollout for the movie and seeing it if gets the same amount of fanfare and backing that a lot of previous Star Wars movies have gotten from Hasbro! I remember the waves upon waves of new movie figures for films like Last Jedi and Solo, seeing new characters and designs put out with the hype surrounding the release, and so far we've gotten one wave of Mandalorian and Grogu figures with a couple of exclusives and hopefully lots more around the corner! With the release of the film still impending we don't have a full knowledge about the roster of the movie or even clear looks at a lot of the characters and designs in it, but from what we know and what has already been released these are the top figures I want from the new movie! 5. (Images Source) The post-time skip era of One Piece continues with Punk Hazard, which saw many returning characters from pre-time skip, and also teed us up for Dressrosa and major ramifications going forward. While Tamashii Nation's S.H.Figuarts line has jumped around a bit in the timeline, Punk Hazard is one arc they haven't made their way too quite yet, and between the supporting cast and the villains of this storyline there are lots of great designs and characters just begging to be made. Honorable mention: Luffy Luffy's outfit in Punk Hazard is one that could be handled in a similar manner to his Egghead look, but I think it is an opportunity to really shine with soft goods in the line. For the most part the One Piece line has stayed away from doing soft goods on their figures, but that has to change given how successful it is in other lines, and Punk Hazard Luffy is a cash-grab opportunity to release the same Luffy with a new jacket and some new faceplates.  5. (Images Source) The latest Japanese Transformers show I have caught up on was Beast Wars Neo, one that Hasbro has taken great notice of with two fantastic releases thus far in the modern era. Magmatron was a major surprise for the Commander Class price point as well as one of the plain funnest figures in recent years, with Big Convoy a long time coming that fans have been asking for. The show itself ended up being a great follow up to Beast Wars 2, with a conclusion that tied it to its predecessor and brought it to a climax that felt sitting of two shows. With a whole league of excellent designs ripe to be made, these are my top 5 Beast Wars Neo figures I want from Hasbro! 5.
