Top 5 wanted Star Wars the Black Series Knights of the Old Republic figures

Hasbro's Star Wars Black Series line showing more focus to the videogame realm of things has been a ton of fun, especially recently as they have branched into more dedicated new sculpts to gaming characters that have been integrated into the mainline as opposed to strictly all the repaints and retools that typically make up the Gaming Greats Gamestop exclusive line. Zaalbar was a retool that landed in that portion of the line; however, Darth Malek and Bastila Shan have both entered the line as two of the best figures to date, and long before them we had Darth Nihilus and Darth Revan from the Old Republic videogame series as well! These games are by far some of my favorite Star Wars games out there, and I hope Hasbro keeps digging into them with these five picks for my most wanted Knights of the Old Republic figures!

5. Carth

One of the earliest allies you gain in the game, and one whose trust it takes a long time to fully gain as you learn more about his history of betrayal and loss. The tying of his backstory and the loss of his missing son tied perfectly into one of the areas you explore in the game, and ultimately winning his loyalty as a friend and comrade was definitely one of my favorite parts about my playthrough.

4. Mission

Zaalbar is looking a bit lonely on the shelf without his partner to accompany him! Mission is another early ally you get in the game before you even leave the starting planet, and her snarky, quick-witted banter provided lots of fun levity between character interactions. Carth speaking down to her as a child and her reactions to such was amongst my favorite.

3. Canderous Ordo

One character who had a major progression in terms of character development was Canderous Ordo, a former Mandalorian soldier who longed for the violent days of old and regals you with stories about the epic adventures he had once had. As the story progress though he begins to realize he is tired of the fighting and the war, and ready for peace which I think is a much more fulfilling conclusion to the character's story.

2. Jolee Bindo

To be honest I found Jolee to be one of the most annoying characters to have interactions with simply because of how cryptic he was, how easily annoyed he would be if you asked him questions, and his snarky attitude that made interactions with him a bomb field of me not knowing what might set him off. Navigating all that though, I loved learning about his backstory and the tragedy that occurred between him and his wife, and Jedi are just naturally cool.

1. HK-47

I think this is the one most fans want most from the allies you can gain in the game, as HK-47 hits that easy sweet spot of a quippy droid that is extremely funny and endearing. Somehow being called a "meatbag" by him isn't as insulting as it probably should be since his interactions had me smiling with amusement each time they occurred. Choosing my favorite interaction for him is easy as that would have to be taking him along to translate the Tuskan language, and hearing him constantly insult and talk trash about the Tuskans' history! Plus, just like Jedi, droids make naturally cool designs for action figures!
