Top 5 most wanted Jazwares Kanto Pokemon 2" battle figures


I have officially jumped into Jazwares/Wicked Cool Toys' Pokemon toyline. It has gone very extensively into the Pokemon roster highlighting both fan favorites as well as more obscure choices from the Pokemon world, with every region represented! This toyline is certainly one of the more affordable ways to build out your Pokemon display here in the US, and with the breadth of product released and all of the figures yet to be released (Paras and Golett are looking good!) it has me infinitely excited to have a dedicated Pokemon display! Kanto will always be the bread and butter of any Pokemon line, so I am starting with Kanto and the 2 inch line of battle figures that feature the smaller 'Mons of the Pocket Monster world, and which of those smaller Pokemon from the first region of the series I want most!

5. Pidgey

The original bird Pokemon, Pidgey is one of the most iconic by far and recognizable amongst fans. Jazwares seems to have full awareness of this Pokemon as both of its later evolutions have now been released in the line! if we can get Pidgeotto and Pidgeot in the more selective 3" and 4.5" lines then I think there should be no problem slotting Pidgey into the 2" inch line of figures at some point. Once that is done we could even get an easy evolution set to release to fans who may have missed out on the earlier releases!

4. Weedle

One of the first Pokemon that players usually ran into was the orange caterpillar Weedle who eventually evolved into Beedrill. We have gotten Weedle's spiritual brother in the form of Caterpie as well as Caterpie's entire evolution tree, so everything is set for this Pokemon to fit perfectly into collections.

3. Tengela

I always found this Pokemon infinitely mysterious as a kid wondering what was under all of those tangles. The mystery continued with its evolution, and it has remained as one of my personal favorites of the Kanto region since then. The sculpting that would go into making all this Pokemon's tangles distinct and not a globby mess would definitely make for a great release in the 2" inch line!

2. Koffing

One of the classic Pokemon from the anime was Koffing, one that would look amazing in figure form with smoke effects built into it. We're still waiting to get a Koffing in the main line, in all of its toxic ball glory. It would also go towards completing the original Team Rocket Pokemon trio with Meowth being the only one in our possession.

1. Dratini

We already got the final evolution for this Pokemon and am now just waiting to get started on the rest of the evolutionary line. Dragonite was one of the earlier figures released, and now I am waiting to get a Dratini in the line. It isn't too often that we got a Pokemon without any of its prior evolutions so I am surprised to see Dragonite go so long with only his final form represented, but I'm hoping that changes soon with how popular of a Pokemon this is.

Top 5 most wanted updated Transformers Pretender figures

Another branch of the Transformers world that Hasbro has been delving into is the Pretenders! Iguanas and the recently revealed Skullgrin are both two examples of these robots being implemented into the recent modern era of figures and they look great. Rather than taking on forms of machinery as their disguise, the Pretenders take on the normally organic form of the native life itself! While that concept with the newer figures seems to be left behind as they are taking the Pretender shells and giving them alt modes, it still provides translation of a lot of those awesome designs and I'm here for it! Top 5 wanted Tamashii Nations S.H.Figuarts One Piece Sky Island saga figures

(Images Source) After the East Blue and Baroque Works sagas of One Piece, the show entered its next big storyline which involved the exploration of the Sky Islands and the fight to stop a mad man from dropping Skypiea back into the ocean. It housed some of the coolest fights from amongst the series up to this point, and gave plenty of the characters great moments to shine! With Tamashii Nations going back already and doing the East Blue versions of Nami and Luffy, I hope to see more characters from this classic era of One Piece, including the top 5 I will talk about next on this list! 5. Masira and Shoujou Introduced early on in the saga are the monkey pirates, Masira and Shoujou who are very entertaining villains to start off with, and eventually become quirky allies in the fight against Bellamy and the eventual trek to Skypiea.
