Top 5 most wanted GI Joe Classified Cobra figures
G.I. Joe's line of 6 inch scale figures from Hasbro have been continuing to grow into one of the best all time 6 inch scale action figure lines, with these year bringing a plethora of rad new characters and designs into the line! I noticed that my previous top 5 most wanted list consisted of largely only Joe characters, so to give the bad guys some love I'm releasing a Cobra focused top 5 most wanted list, just in time for SDCC!
5. Updated Baroness w/double jointed elbows
The Crimson trio exclusive pack that brought us Baroness, Xamot, and Tomax in red uniforms featured a very noticeable upgrade to the Baroness figure, that being double jointed elbows. I sorely need this to be implemented into a standard black suited Baroness figure to really maximum the posability possible, especially when recent females are all implementing the double jointed elbows.4. Wild Weasel
Heavy rumors indicate that the Cobra Rattler will be the next vehicle released in the G.I. Joe Haslab format, and with it it is basically a guarantee that we will see Wild Weasel added to the line. While not too prominent in the original series itself, he was a brightly colored character who appeared numerous times as the signature pilot on the Cobra side of things!3. Monkeywrench
Dreadnoks have fast become my favorites of the line, and with the whole season 1 cast complete up to this point I am looking ahead to the season 2 Dreadnok cast! Zarana was a good start from a while back, and Zandar has been pipeline revealed for the future, leaving Monkeywrench as one of the logical next steps in bringing more of this ridiculous mercenary crew to the line!2. Thrasher
Numerous allusions have been made towards bringing the Dreadnok Thunder Machine to the line and I would be all for it, a thunderous, wacky vehicle fitting for the Florida swampland mercenary group, with Thrasher a certified necessity if the vehicle is released. He has one of the wackier designs of the Dreadnoks, with his colored hair, odd weapon choice, and motley chest armor.1. Retro Major Bludd
This one is one a long time coming I think. The original Target exclusive Major Bludd that was released was very cool; however, impossible to get on the after market and I'm one of those people who have not been able to track down that Bludd aside from crazy aftermarket prices. With the Retro line in full swing and giving us great 80s inspired interpretations of the characters and designs I would not mind one bit for us to get a new Major Bludd in the retro line that would be more widely available and skew closer to his cartoon appearance.
