Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane Spawn figures vol 3

Mcfarlane's new Spawn line keeps growing and now three waves deep we've gotten several different big characters from across the Spawn series that have been checking off my own personal most wanted lists! She Spawn is a perfect translation of what we've been seeing on the pages of the comics, Cy-Gor is sculpted to all heck with great detail, and while Overtkill isn't quite the version most fans were wanting it is still a faithful adaptation of his more recent looks in the comics! We've been getting more versions of Spawn himself too, with Ninja Spawn becoming a new figure, and a more classic Spawn with a throne being produced for wave 3! There's still over 300 comics worth of characters to be newly adapted though, and this time around a lot of my picks will be coming from more modern comics in the franchise!

5. Medieval Spawn

I'm keeping this guy at the bottom of the list just because he is all but confirmed. Mcfarlane has made statements about wanting to do this guy before, and in his last reveal video he essentially revealed him by holding up the figure for a second with its back turned without saying anything about it. Still, until Mcfarlane fully, officially reveals the figure and tells us 100% that it is coming then I will reserve taking him off this list; you never know what might happen in the toy industry these days.

4. Plague Spawn

Another epic version of Spawn to be introduced into the line would be the Plague Spawn, a gnarly looking version of the Hellspawn that looks as demonic as ever! The design goes all in on the black with the only red being the Spawn logo across his chest, his facesculpt is straight out of nightmares, and the menagerie of spikes along his back and arms would be sculpting perfection for Mcfarlane to take on! The figure is currently very relevant thanks to his role in the new Scorched comic series, and it's these newer characters and designs that have never been done before that I think this line will excel in.

3. Billy Kincaid (King Spawn)

With the new King Spawn series not only did Billy Kincaid return to the series, but he also returned with a brand new, gruesome form that the moment I saw it I knew would look incredible as an action figure from Mcfarlane! The legs and the arms are pretty standard; however, the torso is gaping open completely in a disgusting show of blood and organs, with his head essentially hovering in place thanks to whatever fleshy bits remain to keep it upright! The character's return was one of the biggest events in the recent Spawn comics, and I definitely think Mcfarlane should celebrate that with a figure based on the return!

2. Clown (Gunslinger Spawn)

Another character who got a recent redesign in the comics was Clown, sporting a much more suave and intellectual look in the pages of the very recent Gunslinger Spawn comics, so it might be a while till we possibly see it able to make the leap over to plastic form. I really enjoyed the reveal of this new design though, and the info drop that Clown essentially split himself from his Violator form for twice the badness! His clown form is now tall, rocking the slicked back pony tail, with a greasy leather jacket and a big red tie!

1. Malebolgia

The only character remaining for the first two lists I've done on this topic is the biggest baddie himself, Malebolgia! One of the pinnacle and most iconic characters from the Spawn franchise and responsible for setting the entirety of the series in motion by gifting (or cursing) Al with his powers! I think the only way to properly give us an updated Malebolgia would be to go the kickstarter route like Mcfarlane did with Spawn himself a couple years back. Give us an absolutely huge, towering Malebolgia to look down upon all the other characters!
