Top favorite SDCC 2024 figure reveals

Image
Honorable mention: Black Series pipeline reveals - Kelnacca and Commando Droid (Image Source) While the legitimate reveals from Black Series were fun, with Dedra Meero and the Beskar armored Stormtroopers finally entering the line, I have to admit that the pipeline reveals were what got me pumped more than anything! a Commando Droid from Clone Wars is going to be such a sell out, not to mention Moff Gideon's Beskar armored suit, and my personal hypest pipeline reveals: Kelnacca! He and Qimir are my top two latest wants in the line following The Acolyte's airing, and we are at least getting Kelnacca checked off somewhat quickly! though why they chose to bring Bazil into the line first will forever baffle me.  5. Jada Toys Scooby Doo (Image Source) A surprise to be sure was the Jada Toys reveal of a fully articulated, immaculate looking line of Scooby Doo action figures based on the original series! not only that, but the line is prioritizing the unique assortment of monsters and

Top 5 most wanted GI Joe Classified Cobra figures

(Banner Image Source)   (Following Images Source) G.I. Joe's line of 6 inch scale figures from Hasbro have been continuing to grow into one of the best all time 6 inch scale action figure lines, with these year bringing a plethora of rad new characters and designs into the line! I noticed that my previous top 5 most wanted list consisted of largely only Joe characters, so to give the bad guys some love I'm releasing a Cobra focused top 5 most wanted list, just in time for SDCC! 5. Updated Baroness w/double jointed elbows The Crimson trio exclusive pack that brought us Baroness, Xamot, and Tomax in red uniforms featured a very noticeable upgrade to the Baroness figure, that being double jointed elbows. I sorely need this to be implemented into a standard black suited Baroness figure to really maximum the posability possible, especially when recent females are all implementing the double jointed elbows. 4. Wild Weasel Heavy rumors indicate that the Cobra Rattler will be the next

Top 5 wanted Star Wars Black Series The Acolyte figures

Image
(Image Source) The latest live action Star Wars show from Disney has wrapped up, and while there has been a large negative reaction to it by some fans I personally loved the series and it's heavy focus on The Force, the Jedi, and the flaws of the Jedi that ultimately lead to their downfall. With some of the coolest lightsaber fights in modern Star Wars, high stakes, and a litany of figures already revealed (definitely need Sol, Yord, and Jecki), this is my top 5 list of Star Wars Hasbro Black Series figures from The Acolyte I hope to see made next!  (Following Images Source) 5. Vernestra While she did not get to take part in any of the major action sequences of the show Vernestra was a central player in how events were covered up, and seems to have a deeper history with Qimir than has been thus far revealed. The greatest selling point for a figure of her would be her lightsaber whip which sadly didn't get enough screentime in the show! 4. Mae/Osha (Civilian) and Osha (Brendok

Top 5 most wanted McFarlane DC Multiverse batmobiles vol 2

Image
It has been a hot minute since I talked about getting batmobiles in Mcfarlane's DC Multiverse line, and actually the last time I did it was way back when the build-a figure waves were going to only focus around building miniature batmobiles! How times have changed, and we're getting full scale batmobiles (and other vehicles) for our figure displays! The Keaton Batmobile has been released twice thus far, once for The Flash movie and another for the original 89' movie, with the Retro 66' Batman batmobile also seeing release (and rerelease as the Jokermobile), not to mention the current release of Nolan's beastly Tumbler! Complete in camo colors as well for Bane's army. The comic side of things are getting love as well with the White Knight batmobile a surprise release this year! While they certainly take up a lot of shelf space, these iconic vehicles are epic to see in 7inch scale, and I'm glad Mcfarlane decided to go ahead and give us full size, proper batmob

Top 5 most likely Transformers Studio Series figures for 2025

Image
With 2024 halfway over at this point and Hasbro's Transformers Studio Series offerings seemingly revealed for throughout the rest of the year I figure it would be a good time to go ahead and lay out my biggest predictions for what the line will bring in 2025! I might be a bit early with this; however, SDCC is later this month and is known for large scale announcements and I wouldn't be surprised if a good look at the start of Studio Series 2025 was at least pipeline revealed for us! I got nearly every single guess of my 2024 list realized this year, and hopefully I'll have the same success rate for my guesses for 2025's most likely figure releases!  5. Que I'm hoping that next year will finally be the year we get Que updated in the line as the character is sorely in need of it. We've completed nearly the entirety of the Michael Bay character line up from the first three films in the series, with Que a huge absence when looking at the Dark of the Moon display. He

Most wanted Star Wars Black Series figures from each film vol 2

Image
(Banner Images Source)   (Following Images Source) There are sides of the Star Wars franchise which sees more releases than others when it comes to what Hasbro's Black Series line puts out, and with the heavy focus on the Disney+ shows as of late we have seen less output from the films themselves; however, classic designs are still readily being pumped into the line and from each film in the franchise I'm still getting a lot of figures I want, such as Bodhi Rook from Rogue One, Celebration Luke and Ewoks from the original trilogy, and Dooku, Super Battle Droid, and Droidekas from the prequel trilogy! It has been a minute since I've looked at each film individually for what figures I want most, and this time around I'll be grouping them together by trilogy, with a section devoted to the spinoffs.  Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith: Watto, Shaak Ti, Saesee Tiin 2024 has been an epic year for prequel fans with so many iconic designs and characters f
