Top 5 most wanted Hasbro Marvel Legends figures based on Spiderman: No Way Home

SPOILERS ahead for Spiderman: No Way Home, Marvel's MCU swan song for 2021 and a movie that I think really hit home for a lot of fans! I repeat again, this post will have SPOILERS galore so if you haven't seen the movie yet, stay away! With the warnings out of the way, No Way Home is definitely one of the biggest hits of the MCU and it makes sense when you see what the movie achieved! Characters from across the Spiderman cinematic universe have been brought back and reutilized in fantastic ways, making Dafoe's Green Goblin one of the best MCU villains, and providing respectful returns of Andrew and Tobey's Spidermen! One thing that Marvel hasn't handled well though regarding the movie has defintiely been the action figure roll out! For the Marvel Legends line we got both of Holland's two prominent looks in the movie, as well as Doctor Strange and J. Jonah Jamerson...and that's it. After having not even the movie but just the trailers it is so apparent that there are so many figures missing and in this list I'm going to be counting down my top 5 most wanted Marvel Legends figures from this film!

5. Lizard
Starting off this list is the Lizard who I'd argue gets the least amount of the movie to play around in but it was still great to see the character again and to see him going up against Spiderman for the first time in several years! For a figure he'd be very unique and work great as a build a figure for a second movie wave!

4. Doc Ock
They could go two ways with this figure, either giving him his regular Ock arms or the nano tech imbued arms! For my personal preference I'd like the regular arms, giving that with the nano tech arms he was held prisoner the entire movie and it was only with his regular arms that he had action sequences. Ock was for sure one of the best characters to return though, and his tentacles could be absolutely mind blowing if done right in figure form!

3. Tobey and Andrew's Spidermen

I could talk all day about seeing the past Spidermen in the film and how much fun it was, but what isn't fun is waiting for Hasbro to give us new figures based on these two and I hope that they do it within a reasonable time! Both would be instant sell outs among fans who are now clamoring more than ever for these two, and the Marvel Legends line has already loved its Spiderman variations so seems like an easy win.

2. Electro
For sure one of the scene stealers of the movie was Electro who was much funnier and appealing than his previous performance. I absolutely loved his final look in the movie with the yellow and black, and how his face would light up with the classic comic design of lightning each time he used his powers! His lines from the movie are the ones I've been quoting the most, and for one of the fan favorites from the movie I definitely think he needs a new figure now!

1. Green Goblin
If there's any MCU figure I'm wanting now more than ever it is the Green Goblin! He truly blew away audiences and stole the movie with Dafoe's creepy, intimidating performance! He is pure evil, with many fans touting Goblin as the most vile of the MCU villains yet, and it is easy to see why with what he does in the film! Just like Electro he gets a major redesign, and in my opinion a perfect one as I love the purple hood, and the goggles! Please let this be a figure Marvel Legends makes soon for the film, along with everything else I went over, because the initial wave for this movie is so disappointing and all these stand out characters definitely deserve to be immortalized in plastic!
