Marvel Legends has really blasted off in the last couple of years to the point that it feels like we're almost drowning in new characters and figures all throughout the year! It's a good time to be a fan of the Marvel universe, with many, MANY characters getting figures from the highly popular to the very obscure. Making this list was hard, as many of the top tier and even middle tier comic book characters have been covered in some way or another but I found a few that I'm interested in that would be cool to get figures of. I kept X-Men characters off this list just because I did an entirely separate list for them, but the rest of the comics were fair game and here are my top five most wanted! It feels like I was just making the first list, and Hasbro has already been on a role with making the figures from these products. From leaked images online, we know that the Mandalorian, Cal, and the Second Sister are all a part of the next wave of figure! Mega Construx's line of buildable Pokemon sets has made the starter Pokemon of each region a bit focus of the line. We're constantly getting two packs with these iconic, beloved Pokemon and are nearly to the point where each game's starting trio has been representing in the brick built form. As this portion of the line of coming to a close, I thought I would take a look at the Pokemon remaining and rank how excited I am for each of the remaining nine start Pokemon. NECA's line of Gremlins figures has really taken off again after years of slow releases, and while the newer stuff is focused entirely on the 1st movie in the franchise, the original line offerings were based around the second film; The New Batch. There were several prototypes that never made it into production but have new potential life as NECA has said they're interested in revisiting them due to the revived success of the line. That doesn't just mean old, cancelled figures might get made, but that the second movie is once again being eyed for figures, and I've got a few in mind for them to make; 5 in fact! I felt like a personal dream came true when Hasbro announced that the Studio Series line would be doing a full team of combining movieverse Constructicons. I loved the characters and their designs in the second film, and have been in absolute glee over the past year as half of the team was released to collectors. The second half and the remaining four will be released next year, meaning that all of 2019's Constructicon offerings are now available to purchase and I've gotten my copies already. Bandai's Dragon Stars line doesn't seem like it will ever slow down, and the momentum seems to just keep building especially after the past couple of stellar waves that introduced a ton of unique new characters that the line was begging to be made. Throughout all of this though, there has been a constant influx of Gokus and Vegetas and for good reason seeing as how they are the most recognizable figures in the show's history. The latest wave to see release, the one featuring Dragon Ball Super's Broly and Android 18, saw the dis-inclusion of Goku or Vegeta for the first time in the line's history; however, the two waves revealed for release next include the titular duo once again. The future will of course feature more of these beloved two characters, and here I'll be thinking about the Goku and Vegeta figures I want most in the line, the top 5! A couple years ago, the yearly animated movie releases for the Pokemon franchise saw a reboot with the release of Pokemon: I Choose You. Previous to that, the animated movie series had been long running and came out with each coming game, but the story has been reset and a new Ash has been leading adventures with different friends, allies, and legendary beasts. The legendary Pokemon have always been the focus of the movies, and I'm already anticipating which of these special Pokemon I want to see next in the franchise. Thus far, we've gotten Ho-Oh, Lugia, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Marshadow, Mew, Mewtwo, and Zeraora; a decent line up for only three movies, but there's still a few I'd like to see.
