Jedi: Fallen Order is by far one of the best Star Wars videogames that have come out in recent years, and while the Black Series line of figures from Hasbro hasn't dived that far into the cast of the excellent game they have kept it on their conscious as we're still getting new figures. Initially, we got Cal and the Second sister who were quickly followed up by a Purge trooper. A solid line up for the game, and we've gotten more since then including another Cal, another Purge trooper, as well as several army builders like the scout troopers, flametroopers, and Nightbrother warriors! A nice set up for the videogame universe is coming along, but I'm hoping that the line gives us more original sculpts for the actual characters of the story we're missing, and here I'll be counting down my top 5 most wanted Jedi: Fallen Order Black Series figures! Mcfarlane recently revealed their line of retro figures based on the 66 Batman series starring Adam West and Burt Ward, and while the figures don't have the articulation or detailed sculpts of the DC Multiverse line it still looks like a really fun set of figures and playsets to collect and put together. The batmobile and batcave additions are fantastic, and the initial figure offerings of Batman, Robin, and Joker are three perfect choices to start off a line I hope will continue! While the Black Series line of Star Wars figures have made great strides in filling out some of their biggest holes in the collection, with such an expansive universe there are always going to be major characters and designs that are eagerly awaited by fans and with many of my previously listed biggest omissions finally being fulfilled, such as Dooku, Ewoks, and Bodhi Rook, I'm back around with a new assortment of characters I think are long overdue for the figure treatment. I initially didn't see the point of human figures in Mattel's Amber Collection line, because in a line focusing on dinosaur movies my main want was the dinosaurs themselves. My opinion has changed though as more and more human characters have been added to the line, with the most recent additions like Ellie Sattler and Hammond looking fantastic! My Hero Academia has an amazing cast of heroic characters we've gotten to watch and learn about across now five seasons of a great show! I haven't gotten to season five yet, but having watched the rest of the show I can say that there are so many characters that I've fallen in love with and I've adored watching the heroes prevail over whatever came their way! While the heroes of comic book pages can be a lot of fun, inspiring, and the reason we read their stories, many times the villains of the DC comics world hold as much draw for fans! The colorful rogues that make up the foes of famous superheroes like Superman, Batman, and beyond can sometimes be as iconic as the heroes they're fighting, and it's been great to see Mcfarlane leaning hard into the villain side of things with their DC Multiverse line! We've gotten quite a nice collection of villains already, from the Dark Knights, to Azrael and Deathstroke, and from my previous list about this subject we've also gotten Joker, more Batman villains like Bane and Scarecrow, as well as more Superman villains like Bizarro!
