(Image Source) Marvel's 2022 slate has wrapped up and overall another decisive year for Marvel with a lot of projects fans weren't as happy with, while others were great crowd pleasers! Phase 4 has come to a close, with phase 5 hopefully bringing in some tighter story telling and more satisfying projects overall. The Marvel Legends line has continued to run strong though, and while just about all of the projects on this list have had great representation in the toyline so far there are still plenty of new characters and designs from the MCU shelf of my display that I'm waiting to have fulfilled! Moon Knight: Arthur Harrow (Image Source) I could easily see this character being the next release in the Disney+ waves of figures from the Moon Knight tv show, which overall did leave a good taste in fans' mouths! We've to this point gotten Mr. Knight, Moon Knight, and Khonshu which are all fantastic figures, so it would only make sense to round out the display with Arthur

(Image Source) Andor has certainly been a surprising entry to the Star Wars universe with how great it has been! Consistently mature and outstanding story telling combined with amazing visuals and a whole cast of well fleshed out characters that make me honestly look at other tv shows I've been watching and wondering why they aren't as good! That goes for some recent Star Wars shows as well. Unfortunately, compared to the likes of Mandalorian and the recent Obi Wan Kenobi the offerings for this series have been slim so far but I'm hoping that picks up in the future and we can get some of the main cast members who have been excluded so far. I'm very excited for characters like Luthen and Vel to join the display, and with an incredible season 1 now behind it, these are my top 5 most wanted Hasbro Black Series figures from Andor! 5. (Image Source) The final film of Marvel's 2022 slate and phase 4 slate overall has come out, and they definitely saved one of their best for last. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was an emotional journey honoring Chadwick Boseman and I think the film's exploration of grief and how we deal with it was fantastic. All of the characters were standout, and Shuri herself has no doubt been elevated ten times as a character fit to wear the Black Panther mantle! Hasbro's Marvel Legend lines gave us a solid offering of designs from the movie, checking off major characters like Namor, Ironheart, and Shuri herself in her Black Panther suit, but there's still a few more possibilities to round out the figure display for the movie... 5. Valentina Fontaine (Image Source) This character has been building up to something ever since she first appeared in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and I was glad to see Julia Louis-Dreyfus get to use more of her charisma for a larger role in this mo

(Image Source) The trailer for the next big Transformers film is finally out and looking awesome. I cannot wait to see the further exploration of the new universe started in 2018's Bumblebee, not to mention the introduction of the Maximals! The trailer doesn't spoil much of the movie which I appreciate, but it does give us a lot of looks at the new characters and new designs for returning characters, and I have no doubt that Hasbro will be all over these designs for their Studio Series line! Hopefully we get these movie characters at a faster pace than we did the Bumblebee movie designs, which we only really started pumping through this year, and with my initial reactions to each of the designs we got to see these are my current top 5 most wanted Transformers Studio Series figures from 2023's Rise of the Beasts! 5. (Image Source) Super7's line of Godzilla Ultimates! figures looks to be vying for one of the best Godzilla action figure lines of all time! The line up of monsters and designs so far have been epic, ranging from franchise favorites like Burning Godzilla and Destoroyah, to more surprising choices like Biollante's Rose form and the meltdown Burning Godzilla! The six figures revealed so far though share one thing in common and that would be that they all hail from the Heisei era of the Godzilla series, arguably some of the best films from the franchise!
