Top 5 next most wanted Sonic Prime figures from Jakks Pacific

Part two of Netflix's Sonic Prime has premiered on Netflix, and along with it we also have two whole waves of 5 inch figures from Jakks Pacific based off of the series! In those two waves we've gotten a lot of the major players in the series from multiple versions of Sonic, Tails Nine, Thorn and Rusty rose, along with the fan-favorite Shadow! From the sound of things there should hopefully be a third and final part of the series coming out, and with Jakks Pacific seeming to be fully behind this show in terms of action figures this is my next most wanted figures from the series!

5. Mangey Tails

The various multiversal incarnations of the characters in the series has been a lot of the fun of the show, seeing how they all differ across the timeline and how Sonic interacts with them all. Mangey Tails is one I find especially fun because he is such a far cry from our usual hyper-intelligent Tails! The mangey look to his fur with the darker accented patterns would make him a fun Tails to pose around on the shelf, and he would go well with the Thorn Rose and Gnarly Knuckles that've already been revealed. 

4. Black Rose

The pirate-esque Shatterverse is one that the toyline hasn't touched upon quite yet for the 5 inch scale, and while there's a more glaring omission I'll talk about later on I want to mention Black Rose. In the second part of the series her dynamic with Rusty Rose ended up being one of my favorite relationships to watch as they worked to one up one another with the realization that they were the same person, but the disagreement about which was superior. With there being an Amy in both of the waves revealed so far, I'm not sure if Jakks would continue that trend and include a third Amy in wave three, but hopefully eventually we can start filling out the pirate roster. 

3. Dr. Deep

Wave one gave us Mr. Dr. Eggman, the overall closest in the Chaos Council to our typical Eggman, and next up from the group I would love for them to give us a Dr. Deep. He was my favorite out of the group with his flair for dramaticism, his eagerness to look "cool" and edgy, and his design alone would make for a neat figure with his samurai-inspired robing. The 2.5inch line is likely better suited for making his mech suit, but one can still hope for the 5 inch line!

2. Chaos Sonic

While I've always thought that Metal Sonic was really cool, I never really fell in love with him as a character since he has always been just a mute robot that moves really fast. When it comes to an evil alternate of Sonic, Chaos Sonic has met more of what I have wanted from Metal Sonic my whole life. Shadow has always been great as a stoic, dark clone of Sonic, but Chaos Sonic has finally given Sonic a double who matches him in terms of his reliance on quips and jokes to the point that Sonic himself is annoyed!

1. Knuckles the Dread

I was frankly surprised that we did not get this iteration of Knuckles in either of wave 1 or 2 with how large of a role he played in the series. Gnarly Knuckles was an interesting choice to go with before putting out one of the best characters in the series. He was a great wildcard throughout part 2 of the series, constantly trying to thwart or double cross Sonic to get his hands on his "precious" despite the ramifications Sonic tried to explain to him.
