Top 5 most wanted Star Wars The Force Unleashed Black Series figures
The Gaming division of Black Series has enjoyed much more a spotlight recently, with lots of iconic designs and characters from the games being represented beyond army builder repaints which had been the norm. The Force Unleashed has been one of the latest games to finally be delved into, with Galen Marek being given a 6 inch action figure that fans of the line have been waiting for. The Force Unleashed games stunned players with a litany of epic Force abilities that truly made you feel like you were playing as the most powerful Force user in the Galaxy, and alongside that were a cool cast of characters with diverse designs that I'd love to see more of in Hasbro's Star Wars Black Series line!
Honorable mention: More Starkiller
We've finally gotten the iconic Starkiller in the line, but there are SO many more costumes from the games that Hasbro could touch upon to give us further looks for the character. Probably the most epic of his outfits comes from the ending cutscene of the first game's "bad" ending, but this clawed, helmeted design screams for the need of a 6 inch scale action figure that could rival the awesomeness of the Malgus and Malak's releases.5. Juno Eclipse
Not the most exciting design for an action figure when compared to a lot of the others on the list, but Juno is integral to the story of the games and to Starkiller's choice to become good. While her rebel design from the second game is more polished overall, her look in her Imperial garb seems to be the most iconic for her coming from the second game. Most of the time she has the front zipper open like a jacket; however, with the recent release of the Tala (Imperial) figure that could give easy re-use to get at least one figure of Juno into the line.4. Maris Brood
Seen in the Felucia portions of the first game, Maris Brood was another case of a Jedi turned to the dark side, and based on her design and her attitude I'm surprised her master did not see her turn to the dark side coming sooner! While her overall impact in the game series is on the lower side, Maris' design points to another cool action figure in the line if one were to be made, especially with her unique lightsaber hilts!3. Shaak Ti
Speaking of Maris Brood's Master, the first game in the series brought back Shaak Ti who had been absent from Revenge of the Sith, meaning that her story had not yet been wrapped up in-universe at the time. Donning a much more tribal attire than her usual Jedi robes, we saw Shaak Ti back in action for a short time as she faced off against Starkiller and ultimately met the fate so many of her fellow Jedi had met. Still to this point in the line we haven't gotten a Shaak Ti, and they've got two great choices to go with!2. Rahm Kota
A central figure in both games of the series, Kota was once a daring Jedi general who survived Order 66 due to his use of militia soldiers rather than the Clone army, which alone makes him a very compelling character in the Star Wars universe. After being blinded by Starkiller, he later is recruited to aid him in the fight against the Empire, and ends up being a founding member in the Rebellion (pre-Disney reset). With his tattered armor and war torn look, it isn't a design we've gotten for Jedi in the Black Series line very much so far!1. Proxy
Bring on all the droids that Black Series can give us! Proxy was a companion to Starkiller in the first game, helping him to train against various fighting styles, and had a bit of a design quirk in which his goal was to one day actually kill Starkiller, even going so far as to ambush him in the midst of a mission! While "technically" we can say we have plenty of "Proxy" figures given that he turns into many characters like Maul and Obi Wan who we already have figures for, but I'm not going for that cute notion and I'll wait patiently for a true Proxy droid figure!
