Top 5 most wanted Hammond Collection figures from Camp Cretaceous

Mattel's Hammond Collection line have been digging through the live action films in the Jurassic Park/World franchise with plenty of popular choices as well as very left field picks like the Metriacanthosaurus! Not to mention some straight up wild choices like Irritator that have no film references! One outlet from the franchise that I would like the toyline to start touching upon next would be the Camp Cretaceous tie in television series, one that had its own huge cast of dinosaurs that we didn't get to see in the movies, and those will be the dinos I will focus on for this list. While creatures like Spinosaurus and Carnotaurus had major roles in the series, they were also featured in the films themselves and so I'll just focus on Camp Cretaceous exclusive dinosaurs in this top 5 most wanted list!

5. Bumpy

Technically this is a species that we have already received in the Hammond Collection, and yet this is such a major character in the television series that there is no way he can be overlooked! A unique new headsculpt along with a brand new paint job would easily set Bumpy apart from the Ankylosaurus we've received already, especially if they'd want to go ahead and update the figure with the glass eye technology they've begun to implement across the board!

4. Angel and Rebel

The show dipped further into the idea of Dinosaur hybrids to follow after what the Jurassic World franchise was doing, and two byproducts of this choice were Angel and Rebel, two dinosaurs that as far as I can find have had no legitimate action figure representation even in the mainline Jurassic toyline! They would easily fall into the smaller size class and would no doubt appeal to longtime collectors as two prominent creatures from the show finally making their figure debut!

3. Scorpios Rex

The intensity of the show has no higher than when the Scorpios Rex was on the prowl, a gangly, dangerous hybrid from the early days of Wu's research that he considered even more dangerous than the Indominus! The revelation that there were two the whole time could warrant fans to pick up doubles of this frightening hybrid, another reason for Mattel to quickly get this dino out there for fans!

2. Nothosaurus

Another smaller sized creature from the series would be the Nothosaurus, a snake-necked creature prowling around the reactor in later seasons. I recently picked up its mainline release which I absolutory love, and would totally be on board with getting a fully articulated rendition in the Hammond Collection as a creature with a very unique body type and head structure compared to what has been released so far!

1. Ouranosaurus

Topping off the list will be another very uniquely shaped Dinosaur from the show! The episode featuring the Ouranosaurus was one that further added mystery to the occurrences of the island, with normally peaceful creatures acting hostile, giving us a very tense chase throughout the docks. The sails of these creatures would make them stand out for sure against the rest of the Hammond Collection, and I would hope they'd garner articulated wrists in order to accomplish both two legged and four legged poses!
