Top 5 wanted DC Multiverse figures based on the Infinite Frontier The Flash

With the Flash comics about the reset to issue 1 again for the Dawn of DC labelling, I think it is high time to take a quick look at the Infinite Frontier branding of the comic series and countdown my most wanted figures from the era of Flash comics that has brought Wally back into the fold as the primary Flash in DC Comics. Fun is the simple word I can use to describe this run as a whole, with a ton of goofy, smile-worthy moments interceded by very dire threats and impactful storyline that helps Wally's comics feel distinct from Barry's. With plenty of great heroes and villains to run through, these are my top 5 most wanted figures from the Infinite Frontier Flash series!

5. Wally West

Starting off the list will be Wally himself, wearing a suit very similar to the one he wore before Flashpoint reset everything. I honestly do prefer his Rebirth look a bit more, but the classic feel of this one can't be ignored with the cowl that comes over his nose, and the more classic Flash design, this would be a welcome addition into the toyline for newer fans and long time fans as well!

4. Kid Flash (silver suit)

One of my all time favorite speedster designs from the comics made a surprisingly return as Wallace entered a world where he was the main hero, a world of his dreams, and while the suit didn't return for long I was more than happy to bask in the silver epicness again. This suit ties back into the New 52 run of Flash, and I'm glad to see that in the mind of DC's artists it still exists and hasn't been forgotten! Maybe if Wallace ever grows past his Kid Flash moniker he'll take on the suit in the main timeline?

3. The Rogues

The Rogues as a whole are a group that I've been wanting Mcfarlane to get into for a while, and we've kind of gotten into those waters with the Page Punchers wave of Flash figures, albeit those were wholly new designs not based upon anything from the comics. The Rogues during the time of the Infinite Frontier wave are the most classic we've seen them in a long time, and Heatwave in particular got a spotlight two-part story arc to really give fans more of the character.

2. Mr. Terrific

Working perfectly as a supporting hero in Flash's storylines, Mr. Terrific was a lot of fun to have in the series and to see more of him as a friend to Wally, as well as lenient employer. The series also gave us a short-lived reappearance of the Terrifics and for that I will be eternally grateful! Mr. Terrific also has a long history as part of the Justice Society during the Justice Society of America run in the 2000s, which is a team I'm more than eager to build out more.

1. Savitar

The primary antagonist of the storyline that kicked off Wally's return to prominence was one I wasn't expecting! After being thrust through time, Wally is met by the aggressor from the Speed Force, the one who caused his powers to go haywire, someone desperate to take control of the Speed Force itself: Savitar. One of my all time favorite speedster villains made a grand return to modern comics and I audibly gasped when I turned the page to find him emerging onto the scene. While the classic shirtless look for the character is still my preferred design, the robes from his new design look very cool and add to his zealot demeanor as someone "in-tune" with the Speed Force.
