The female characters in Star Wars may be few and far between, but their presence has become more known in the franchise with the introduction with even more female heroes and the Black Series line from Hasbro has been accommodating this increase in gender diversity! Leia has been a part of the line from the beginning, but we finally got our first Padme, and sequel trilogy and spinoff characters like Jyn, Qi'ra, Cara Dune, Zorri Bliss, Holdo, and Jannah all received figures over the past few years. I've always thought that the women of Star Wars are some of the coolest characters in the franchise, and here are the five I want to get figures from most in the 6 inch Black Series line! The original trilogy continues to be a favorite in Hasbro's Black Series line of 6 inch scale action figures from the Star Wars universe, and that makes sense with the immense popularity surrounding the original three movies of the franchise! As such, figures from these films keep coming out and that includes characters from Return of the Jedi. I made a list already talking about what figures from this movie I'd like to get in the line, and with Spirit Yoda, Jabba's palace Luke, and now Ewoks introduced to the line that means over half of my original list has been covered and I'm starting a part two! This year is the 40th anniversary of Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back, considered by many to be the best film in the franchise and to celebrate it the 6 inch Black Series line from Hasbro is offering a full assortment of new and rereleased figures to the line that fans are welcoming warmly. We've already had the reveal of great new figures like the Probe droid, Dak with a Snowspeeder, the Hoth rebel trooper, Snowspeeder pilot Luke, along with a lot of great rereleases including a two pack of Chewie and C3PO from Bespin. The choices of characters for the line to do from the 5th legacy movie is actually narrowing down, but there are still plenty left and here are my top 5 figures I hope get made during this time of celebration! McFarlane's second wave of DC figures was revealed at NYCC and there still seems to be a heavy Batman focus in the line, so while my first iteration of this list really hasn't been worked through all that much I'm still writing my part 2 for my most wanted comic book based figures from the line! After the main cast of the Bumblebee movie, meaning Prime and the characters we saw on Earth, I wasn't sure how much of the movie would get made into the Studio Series. At least, at this point, but along with the recent reveal of Bumblebee's jeep mode and Blitzwing who were the last characters from Bumblebee's earth scenes we were waiting on, we also got the reveal of Cliffjumper from the Cybertron scenes! That is an awesome sign because the Cybertronian characters I know are on a lot of people's most wanted lists, and the inclusion of Cliffjumper in the line means we might get more of them sooner rather than later. With the aforementioned three on the way, that means that more than half of my original list of most wanted Bumblebee movie figures has been checked off, leading me to revamping my list and here is my 2nd edition of most wanted Bumblebee movie Studio Series figures! I've gone through this spiel in my first edition of this list so I will keep it short. Troopers and soldiers in the Star Wars universe are some of the most memorable designs for fans whether it be Stormtroopers, Clone troopers, or Battle Droids; all have made a major impact on collectors around the world leading to these army builder characters being easy sells in action figure lines. Collectors easily buy multiples to fill the ranks of their plastic army, and since my first list on this topic we've received the Rise of Skywalker Jet troopers, Hoth Rebel soldiers, and some variations on the standard Battle Droid designs.
