Top 5 most wanted Transformers Legacy Diaclone figures

Another realm of the Transformers legacy that the Hasbro toyline has been delving into more and more recently has been the Diaclone repaints from which Transformers itself stemmed from! We've gotten lots of neat renditions of characters through this venue such as Tigertrack, Lift Ticket, and most recently additions like Clamp Down and Burnout! There's still plenty more of these original figures to pay homage to, and these would be my top 5 most wanted!

Honorable mentions: Loudpedal
Hasbro has already been double dipping into the recent Tracks mold with Road Rage; however, they could go a step further and give us Loudpedal, the entirely black repaint of the mold which looks awesome! Anything given a standard black paintjob looks great, such as Snake Eyes for example whose entirely black color scheme helped him become one of the line's most popular characters! The only thing holding this back for me is that the Tracks mold itself isn't the greatest, but a great color pallet can always soften those feelings.

5. Blue (Shattered Glass) Trailbreaker
There's some current precedence for the blue repaint of Trailbreaker to be produced currently. It was originally used to represent the Shattered Glass version of the character, a universe that has been growing in popularity once again and I could easily see this slipping in.

4. Crosscut and Reboost

Now with Skids in the line as of the first wave of Legacy, I'm expecting to see Hasbro take full advantage of the mold for whatever retools and repaints they can get out of it. We've already gotten the Burnout repaint, and some of the next most logical steps would be to give us Crosscut and Reboost, both of which even got Masterpiece releases!

3. Topspin
In the most recent Wreckers collection revealed by Hasbro they revealed that they are going to be releasing a Diaclone repaint of Twintwist, and I'm honestly surprised a Diaclone repaint of Topspin wasn't revealed alongside him! The brand team expressed an expectation to do another Wrecker line in the future, and whether it is there or someplace else down the line I hope we can put together these two iconic Wreckers in their Diaclone color schemes!

2. Omnibots
The three being so high up on the list is partly in response to the sadly concluded Transformers The Card Game which these three acted as SDCC exclusives for one year. They kind of are just more car Autobots; however, their car modes have flight modes which is epic and each car Autobot always has their own stand out features and personalities to add to the line!

1. Insecticons - Shothole, Zaptrap, and Salvo
I haven't been shy about my love for the Insecticons in the past, and I'm absolutely down with them getting whole new updated deluxe figures in the Legacy line! Kickback is starting us off, and with these looking to be the definitive versions of these characters I hope the Diaclone repaints will one day follow to take full advantage of these great molds! Shothole, Zaptrap, and Salvo would be another use for each of the primary Insecticons from G1, and bring their own really cool color pallets to the toyline! Insects in general are known for their colorful patterns in the real world, so having different colorations of grasshoppers and beetles would fit in together.
