Top 5 most wanted updated Transformers Cybertron figures
5. Thundercracker
One of the first Decepticons we are introduced to in the show is the wild, gung-ho Thundercracker whose over the top accent made him one of the easily recognizable characters from the cast! He also was not a simple recolor of Starscream, with the show giving him his own dedicated design to further set him apart as his own character!
4. Scrapmetal
If there is one design that is iconic to me from the series it would have to be the Scrapmetals, with their original red figure release a figure that I still have in my collection to this day! They would be a perfect army builder for the line, and their insectoid appearance and stinger/cannon appendage lending towards a very cool design for a new toy!
3. Ransack
With how many motorcycles we've been getting in recent years I wouldn't be too surprised if we see Ransack join the line soon to add another cycle to the growing roster! He and Crumplezone were an endlessly entertaining duo and took part in the Velocitron segment of the series which was my favorite part. Watching their hijinks and their schemes as they cheated their way through the competition was a highlight.
2. Crumplezone
Going along with Ransack, Crumplezone was the other half of the duo that sucked me into the show every time they were on screen! His alternate mode was one of my favorites as well, spouting a massive machine that would surely land him in the leader class assortment these days. My only hope if we get this pair is that Crumplezone has the articulation to ride Ransack's motorcycle mode, one of the most ridiculous parts of the Velocitron race that I think about often and laugh towards.
1. Dirt Boss
Another denizen from the Velocitron world would be Dirt Boss, a loud mouthed, trash talking racer who dominated the tracks throughout this story arc in the series. He brought an extra level of excitement and tension to the racing tournament, and his alternate mode is one of the coolest and most iconic from the series, being that of a monster truck! Off the top of my head I cannot think of any notable monster trucks otherwise in the franchise, nor any that have recently gotten figures, so that would make Dirt Boss all the more welcome!
