Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Injustice figures vol 2

The Injustice game universe is one of the most compelling Elseworld stories in DC's comic line and while we're still waiting for a third game in the series Mcfarlane has been steadily giving us characters from this bleak universe! We got Flash and Grodd as our first two figures off the roster, followed by a few more including Reverse Flash who is one of my favorite Speedster designs, and finally an Injustice Batman in the most recent Page Punchers line up. There's still plenty of characters and designs to be tapped into though, with Supergirl seeming like the next one in line with her appearance on the cover of the Page Punchers comic and Mcfarlane typically making everyone on the covers.

Honorable Mention: Captain Cold
I was thrilled to have Captain Cold in the game's roster to play when Injustice 2 came out, and loved the design for this Flash rogue! It seems like Mcfarlane would be in a bind though with Warner Bros mandating no guns with figures based on their properties, which leaves me wondering how Captain Cold and his cold "gun" would fair. The Page Punchers variation's cold gun is abstract to the point of looking like a melee weapon!

5. Joker
The hallucinogenic version of the Joker that appears in Injustice 2 is definitely a much darker look for the character compared to the more classic Clown suit he wore in the first game. The long, dirty jacket and the exposed body with messy, tangled hair well fits Harley's nightmare version of her old puddin'.

4. Cheetah
The second game really branched out into the rogues galleries for a lot of different heroes which I really enjoyed, and one that I had a lot of fun playing as was Cheetah! Her design is one of my favorites for the character, and to this point in general we're severely lacking in the Wonder Woman corner of the DC Universe.

3. Brainiac
The chief antagonist of the second game was one who united the Justice League again, even if just for a short time. He left a lasting mark as definitely one of the toughest enemies in the series, his control over his mothership allowing him to make attacks with massive damage. I could easily see him becoming a BAF or Mega Fig with his larger size and especially if they include his array of tentacle appendages!

2. Scarecrow
We've gotten quite a few different Scarecrows up to this point in the line, and I would count this one as amongst some of the most creative designs for the character! I love the concept of Crane conjuring up this terrifying, monstrous version of himself through the fear gas and every aspect of this design calls out to be made into an excellent figure!

1. Superman
Now that we finally have the Injustice Batman on the shelf, it is more apparent now than ever that we need an Injustice version of Superman! He is the catalyst for the formation of this entire Elseworlds story, the primary antagonist, and one of the most haunting characters in DC comics' history! A truly unhinged Superman who has lost his moral code, and one who an Injustice display will never be complete without!
