Top 5 most wanted Tamashii Nations S.H. Figuarts Demon Slayer figures

Seeing Tamashii Nations start up a Demon Slayer S.H. Figuarts line was one of the most exciting announcement I saw in 2023 for the company, and their first few offerings of Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Giyu look fantastic! While none have released quite yet, with three reveals so far it is clear that S.H. is going all in on this line, and I'm all here for it! The three characters we are getting so far are a great way to start building out this universe, and these next five characters are the top figures I hope to get in the line sooner rather than later!

5. Rengoku

Undoubtedly one of the best Hashira to be introduced in the series, he stole the show in the Demon Train arc, with his engaging personality and striking determination. The offerings for this character from other companies haven't been too much of a let down, so the figure isn't hurting for figure representation, but getting him in the Figuarts line would be an awesome addition to the line and get it out there for collectors who may have missed out from Figma, or find the upcoming Mcfarlane too big to fit in.

4. Nezuko (awakened demon)

So far, Nezuko is looking to be the second figure in the Demon Slayer line and that makes sense given the character's importance to the series, and popularity among fans. With us already getting a Nezuko, I'm not sure how long a wait it would be before they dip back into repeating characters but an awakened demon form of Nezuko would make for an epic figure from Tamashii Nations. The print for the floral patterns across her body, the easier design for posing her legs unencumbered by the long robes, and the horned intensity of her facial features would make for an awesome figure release once the line gets into the Entertainment District arc.

3. Inosuke

I am honestly surprised that we got Giyu before these next two slots on the list, and I'm also surprised that Mcfarlane are waiting until their wave 3 before entering Inosuke into their line. Hopefully S.H. Figuarts don't wait too long, because Inosuke is easily one of the most entertaining characters in the series, and his design as well is one that would make him a heck of an action figure! Being one of the core four primary protagonists make him an obvious choice for the line, alongside the next figure....

2. Zenitsu

This is one whose alternate faceplates have me extremely excited! Zenitsu's over the top expressions are part of what make him so memorable in the series, whether it is his love struck adoration of Nezuko, or his terrified screams. Zenitsu's expressions range from the wild, to the controlled as he also has when he passes out and enters a solemn, almost scary serious demeanor where his true power emerges. Tamashii Nations never disappoints when it comes to alternate faceplates!

1. Daki and Gyutaro

Without a second thought, these two are my most wanted figures out of the entire line, and my favorite pair of characters from the series. I thought that Daki was cool for the first chunk of the Entertainment District arc, but once her brother emerged as a twist villain and their backstory was ultimately revealed it made them the entire draw of the season for me. I loved each of their designs, their relationship with one another, and both of their battles against the heroes was harrowing and exhilarating. So far no company has taken on making Gyutaro (my preferred of the duo), and only Buzzmod has tried out a Daki which I can see S.H. Figuarts greatly upgrading on. The line has not seen any villains introduced quite yet, and with the character selection so far I could see them going with earlier season villains like Rui; however, it's my hope that before too long we can get Figuarts representation for these fantastic antagonists!
