Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Aquaman movie figures
Following the original Justice League movie the next film we got from DC Comics was the Aquaman movie which I actually really enjoyed. It was colorful, fun, and was a major right step for DC in my eyes. It had some of the best villains in the series up to that point, not to mention tremendous action and a huge battle scene at the end that wasn't unlike the scale of Avengers Endgame's final throwdown. Mcfarlane Toys haven't jumped onto the movie figures as much as I'd like them to have at this point, but hopefully with the slew of Justice League figures they're releasing soon they will follow that up with going back and catching up on movie figures from the past. So from the Aquaman film, these would be my top 5 most wanted figures!

Seen throughout the movie are characters that would make great army builders: the Atlantean soldiers! Their armors were really cool and would translate into such awesome action figures! In particular, Murk is a named character that they could make from this crowd as the captain of the Atlantean army.
We're getting an Aquaman from the upcoming Justice League film, but the utilization of his green and orange costume in his solo film was something I loved to see in live action and to see proven that it could translate from comics to the big screen. It's also my preferred costume for Aquaman out of what he has worn in the movies, and I think a second go at a Jason Momoa headsculpt might be good.
An absolutely perfect choice for an army builder in this line would be the Trench creatures from one of the best scenes not only in this movie, but the whole DCEU in my opinion. It was beautifully shot, so intense, and the Trench themselves had eerie, monstrous designs. Mattel's take on this character wasn't too bad, but they made it the build a figure meaning it was basically impossible to army build. With Mcfarlane's skill at sculpting figures, I hope we can an awesome single release Trench creature from them to buy multiples of!
I mentioned before how this movie has some of the best villains in the movie series and Orm the Ocean Master is for sure one of the best villains to come from DC movies up to this point. His love and compassion for his home, and his biased hatred of the land for reasons easy to understand made for a great foundation for the character. I loved his rivalry with his brother, Arthur, and their final battle was another great moment of the movie. The purple and silver armor made for a striking look as well, and I love that Warner Bros brought his mask from the comic pages to life!
The secondary villain of the movie was no forgettable character either, as Black Manta's backstory is what starts off the film in a terrific manner. His rematch with Aquaman later on is another highlight of the movie, this time in his amazing battle armor with an awesome comic accurate helmet. If there's a character from this cast who would work best as an action figure it would no doubt be Black Manta, and I cannot wait to see him return again in Aquaman 2!
