Top 5 most wanted Power Ranger villains from established seasons in Hasbro's Lightning Collection

Something I absolutely love about Hasbro's line of Lightning Collection Power Ranger figures is how many villains they've put into plastic form since the line began! Villains are some of the most colorful and fun characters in any given Power Rangers series, and I think it is great that Hasbro has embraced not only the Ranger side of things but the villainous side of things too! We've gotten not only principle villains from a season, but secondary villains like the Psycho rangers, A-Squad, and Ecliptor, as well as grunts and monsters of the week! The Power Rangers world is really getting fleshed out by the line, and from the seasons we've already gotten established in the Lightning Collection line, these are my top 5 most wanted villains for figure form!

5. King Mondo
Zeo has a pretty big foot print at this point in the line, as we're one figure away from completing the main ranger line up, and we just got the reveal of a two pack of Cogs to build an army to fight those rangers! The Cogs' will need their King to lead them though, and aside from completing the ranger team, giving us King Mondo and the Machine army royal family is the next logical step for Zeo. Mondo himself wouldn't' be particularly agile given his rotund design, but it would be such a unique figure in the line and an iconic character!

4. Rito
With Scorpina upcoming, the primary villain line up from MMPR is coming together, and now I think that Rito Repulso is topping the list for the most glaring omission from the MMPR villain figure line up! The brother of Rita who appeared in the show's third season, bringing with him the Tenga warriors as new grunts for the army, his skeletal, camouflaged design is something I also thought looked really cool and would no doubt translate well into an action figure.

3. Roxy
Beast Morphers got a ton of love from Hasbro when the line was just starting out; however, things have been very slow on that front lately. Blaze is one of my favorite characters in the line so far, and I've been waiting for his evil partner, Roxy, to be added as well! I loved their dynamic duo, their rivalry, and both of their designs as well.

2. Emperor Gruumm
SPD is currently one of the most fleshed out seasons in the line so far, having a nearly complete ranger line up, including extra rangers, as well as the entirety of the A-squad team being rounded out! So far, none of the awesome villains from this season have made the transition to figure form by Hasbro when Gruumm is for sure one of fans' most anticipated characters to be turned into articulated plastic! He is one of the most popular villains from the franchise's history, and his eerie, alien design is one of the coolest!

1. Mesogog
Dino Thunder is by far one of my favorite seasons of the series, and I was overjoyed when Hasbro started to make figures based on that season! We're three rangers deep now, and more and more I'm hoping that Mesogog becomes a reality in the line to display against the Dino Thunder rangers. Following Lothor, and even compared to other villains from the past, Mesogog was on a whole other level of intimidation and terror. His haunting, monstrous guise and voice helped build one of the best villains from ranger history, and with his head featured as one of the logos from Hasbro's "Monsters" subline I'm hoping that means Mesogog will happen sooner rather than later!
