5. Lost Galaxy (Kendrix and Karone)
For a while it seemed that Hasbro had forgotten that they had started working on the Lost Galaxy season until Kai the blue ranger came out in the most recent wave to hit retail. Another ranger from that season of the show I'm really hoping to see in the near future would be the pink ranger! There were two prominent characters to take the pink ranger mantle during Lost Galaxy, with Kendrix' biggest claim to fame being that she was unexpectedly killed during the show's crossover with In Space! Following her death, a reformed Astronema going by her birth name of Karone took the responsibility and finally became a ranger herself! That is two prime opportunities for Lost Galaxy to give us pink rangers, and I'd love to get either first!
4. Time Force pink (Jen)
Carrying over from the previous list is the Time Force pink ranger, Jen, who was the first pink ranger to be leader of her team which was awesome. I loved her sense of responsibility, drive to do what was right, and the growth of her relationship with Wes over the course of the season was natural and it was great seeing them both learn from one another. Wes has been pretty lonely for a while now in our set ups, so the first return to Time Force in the line since that initial figure would be perfect to release Jen!
3. SPD yellow (Z)
I mentioned how a few teams were starting to come to a finish in the line, such as the recently rounded out Zeo, and SPD is one now that only needs one more ranger to complete the core team from the series! I've talked about the need for this figure a couple times at this point, so i won't go into it too much, but with the popularity of SPD in the Power Rangers world I'd expect that we'll see the completion of the SPD team in the Lightning Collection soon.
2. In Space silver (Zhane)
Another team that only needs one more figure until it is complete, the In Space team and its individual members is definitely one of my favorite casts of characters from the franchise in a season that is also pretty great! We've technically gotten Zhane introduced to the line already, albeit in his Psycho silver get up from the upcoming two pack with TJ. Getting him in his silver Ranger uniform is what most fans are waiting for though, me included!
1. Dino Thunder yellow and black (Kira and Tommy)
Dino Thunder's presence in the line has slowed down a bit since the blue ranger was released earlier this year, but with only two more rangers to go until the season's cast is complete I hope Hasbro returns to Dino Thunder sooner rather than later! I absolutely adore the costume designs for the rangers in this season, and the inclusion of the signature weapons of each ranger has been a real treat! Tommy Oliver has had several figures in the line already with the character's popularity speaking for itself, so I'd be surprised if it takes much longer to get Dino Thunder's black ranger in the line. Kira was a fantastic yellow ranger who got to return during the "Once a Ranger" crossover from Operation Overdrive, and who would fantastic posed alongside Conner and Ethan!
