Most wanted Power Rangers from each Zordon era show in Hasbro's Lightning Collection vol 3
Hasbro continues to give a lot of love to the original Zordon era of Power Rangers history when it comes to their Lightning Collection line of premium 6 inch action figures! From my previous most wanted rangers from each show in this era, we've gotten the Ninjetti rangers from Mighty Morphin, Rocky's tonfas from Zeo, and Zhane from In Space which rounds out that team! Putting together these classic teams have been a dream, and I hope that set up further builds with some of my newest most wanted from this beloved era!
The Ninjetti team of Rangers is actually almost finished! Hasbro has been powering through them, and with two needed to round out the rest of this awesome, unique look I definitely want a red Ninjetti ranger for the display. The Metallic red ranger release greatly improved upon the Rocky unmasked headsulpt, and I think third times the charm could really perfect it, as well as give us another use of this great mold!
With the Zeo rangers now done in their entirety with each member and with their personal weapons, my focus for the Zeo show now will actually be shifting to the other Power Ranger team featured occasionally throughout! The Alien rangers are a much less known team of Rangers from the franchise but actually appeared quite a bit in the first few seasons, and I would love to get modern, updated action figures of this obscure group, especially the leader, Delphine.
Turbo is still a season we haven't gotten to in the line yet and I'm not sure how soon we will with other shows like Dino Fury and Wild Force newly being introduced, and Turbo as well not being the most popular among fans. It has a lot of recognition and growing nostalgia, but I understand fully if Hasbro is holding off on this team. Justin is for sure a must though if only, like I've mentioned before, to find out how they'll accomplish his unmasked head or if they'll even do one at all.
It was a fantastic sight to see Zhane in his Silver Ranger outfit released in the line to complete the line up of In Space figures, definitely one of my favorite teams in the entire franchise, but I have to say there is still another ranger from the series that is missing from the overall display. That would be Andros' Battlizer form, the first ever Battlizer to be seen in the franchise, and that was quite an epic moment to see him transform for the first time into a muscle-bound, armored behemoth of a ranger who would fit nicely into the new deluxe price point!
