Top 5 Favorite Star Wars: The Black Series figures of 2025

While the Black Series 6 inch line of figures from Hasbro can sometimes feel like it's slowed down, it no doubt still releases plenty of exceptional releases throughout the year and 2025 was no different! With the first waves of 2026 already upon us, this is my look back at my top five favorite Hasbro Star Wars Black Series figures from last year!

5. Luminara

My jaw was literally dropped when I saw the Fan Channel wave reveal of Luminara, Shaak Ti, and Sebulba. Undoubtedly one of the best waves for Prequel fans, and while I personally prefer Shaak Ti I can't deny that Luminara came out as a more well rounded action figure. the soft goods have great detail on them, the head sculpt is immaculate and the design of the headdress still allows for plenty of head movement.

4. Savage Opress

A deluxe figure that truly got the attention of fans, one of the most oft requested Clone Wars characters who finally received his due in an outstanding figure release! Savage has the heft to his bulky design but still with lots of articulation allowing him into all the fighting stances you may want, especially as he comes with both of his primary weapons from the show!

3. Sebulba

Circling back around to that fantastic Prequels wave once again, Sebulba is a figure unlike any other in the line due to his distinct alien design. Despite the awkwardness to his way of standing the figure balances exceptionally well and it's incredible how easily you can have Sebulba standing on his hands with no true worry of toppling over! The paint is a step above the typical figure releases I feel, and it makes me all the more hopeful for other odd prequel aliens like Watto.

2. Qimir

With all of The Acolyte figures that we got (even Bazil) it was clear that Qimir was a major missing point in the line up. He was the primary antagonist of the series and easily the best best of the show, bringing with him some of the coolest Lightsaber battles in the franchise and a sick villain design! The Black Series finally released a Qimir this year and it is the epitome of everything we could want with this character, with multiple removable cloaks to capture his different looks, not to mention the swappable head and helmet, AND a completely modular lightsaber that matches the design from the show! I couldnt have been happier with this villain's release!

1. Anakin and Obi Wan (Revenge of the Sith)

The rumors about a new Revenge of the Sith Anakin and Obi Wan had been going around for a while, and the ultimate delivery of these two in an updated form was more than exciting for fans. First released in a dazzling two pack, their single releases in the mainline were still impressive and the newly engineered bodies have delivered the perfect renditions of these characters' looks from the finale of the prequel trilogy. With the anniversary of Revenge of the Sith it was the perfect time, and Hasbro took advantage of that with two figures that together are definitely the peak of what Black Series could accomplish.
