Top 5 most wanted Mcfarlane DC Multiverse figures from Zach Snyder's Justice League

I cannot wait to see Zach Snyder's director's cut of Justice League as it comes out this year! I've been waiting to see the original intentions of this film since the theatrical cut was released, and at four hours and the addition of characters like Darkseid I couldn't be more excited! I've been waiting as well for Mcfarlane to dip further into the movie universe, more so than the two Wonder Woman figures we got and I hope that with the buzz the Snyder Cut has received Mcfarlane will cash in on the hype and make figures for the movie as well. With those hopes in mind, these are my top 5 most wanted Zach Snyder Justice League figures!

5. Batman
Ben Affleck's portrayal of the Dark Knight started with such power when Batman v Superman released; however, the theatrical cut of Justice League turned him into a quippy hero completely different from the one we had just gotten to know. Snyder's Justice League will hopefully give us back that dark, brooding Batman that we saw in the trailers for the movie, and overall I'd love a figure of one of my favorite depictions of Batman.

4. Desaad
One of the biggest surprises of the trailer when we finally got one for the movie was the reveal of Desaad and his inclusion in the film. There was absolutely no hint of this character in the theatrical cut of the movie yet he is going to appear in the Snyder cut, and he looks awesome. He has always been one of my favorite denizens of Apokalips in the comics, and his movieverse design is a great translation to the silver screen with the alien visage and hood.

3. Darkseid
Just like Desaad, I was floored when the trailer for the director's cut released and Darkseid was front and center. We had gotten plenty of pictures and confirmations from Snyder that the leader of Apokalips would be appearing in his finished film, but to actually see it in motion with the trailer is such a delight that I can't wait to see more when the film finally comes out! Getting a figure of this version of Darkseid would be incredible not only for being a movie Darkseid, but being the first and only figure of Darkseid as Uxas before he becomes the monster we're familiar with in the comics.

2. Steppenwolf
While Darkseid and Desaad will be new arrivals to the film, Steppenwolf has always been the big bad and around since the theatrical cut. A major redesign has been given for the character through that greatly increases his intimidation, and I hope as well that the Snyder cut will reinstate all of the characterization for the villain that the theatrical cut evidently removed. Steppenwolf would be the absolute perfect villain figure to get to go alongside any Justice League figures we may get.

1. Superman
Henry Cavill's Superman is what made me such a huge fan of the character, with Man of Steel being one of my favorite superhero movies of all time. While his take in that movie and Batman v Superman were phenomenal, I wasn't as big a fan of Superman in the theatrical Justice League and am excited to see what Zach Snyder does with him in the director's cut. This has been the figure I've been wanting most since the line began, a figure that does Cavill's take on the character justice in figure form.
