Top 5 most wanted Dragon Ball Z Dragon Stars figures

The latest wave of Dragon Stars figures was one of the best waves that the line has ever seen. It included several long awaited and fan favorite characters along with versions of Goku that deserved a spot in the line sooner. Bandai has owed it to the omission of a buildable figure gimmick, which from here on out will be discarded in order to spend the extra tooling money on making new figures. This means more unique characters instead of repeatedly repainting the same figures to make different versions of characters. This is very exciting for the future of the line, with a few like Kid Buu and Android 18 already on the way. I've made a most wanted list for this line before, mostly consisting of Super characters, so this time around I'll be focusing on the figures I want most from Dragon Ball Z.

Honorable mention: Piccolo with cape
This is the one variation on an existing character that I'm really hurting for at the moment, and that's due to the sheer iconic-ness of the look. When I think of Piccolo, I always imagine him wearing the head wraps along with the shoulder pads and long white cape; it is how he most usually appears. The figure we got of him omits the cape, and while it may hinder articulation I would like a version wearing the cape.

5. Tien
This is one of those humans characters on the show that have gone on to become more background fixtures as their usefulness in fights has lowered. Tien I think is one of the most interesting of these characters, with his martial arts prowess and the fact that he has three eyes. The line will hopefully eventually start filling out Goku's supporting cast, and I hope that this guy is one of the first delivered.

4. Krillin
He appeared on my original list of most wanted characters, and while Piccolo has been made from that list, we still haven't gotten any hint to a Krillin being in the works. He was there from the very beginning, and although he isn't much help in the fights anymore he is still a classic character from the franchise that is well known by fans. He's shown up with hair several times, but I'd prefer the bald look for the figure.

3. Nappa/Raditz
I group these two together since they're most well remembered as a pair. They were among the first villains in the show alongside Vegeta when he arrived, though they didn't last as long as he did. Raditz was Goku's brother with a wild mane of hair, and Nappa was a larger character who looked like a complete brute. Both are deserving of spots in the line, and each of them coming with a scouter is entirely necessary.

2. Super Buu/Majin Buu
We've gotten a few villains in the line, and with these new waves of figure we're finally getting more classic Z villains like Cell, First Form Frieza, and Kid Buu who is upcoming. I want to get each version of Buu in the line before too long though, meaning both Majin and Super Buu. Majin is the more popular of the two, and the one who has made the most appearances, but I personally think that Super Buu is one of the coolest forms the villain takes and I would love to see it made as a figure.

1. Android 16
We have just received Android 17, and Android 18 is on the way, so we now need Android 16 to complete the trio. I'm hoping this doesnt end of being like how we got Cabba and Kale, but are still missing Caulifla. 16 was a very burly and built character in the show meaning the lack of buildable figures could go a long way to giving this figure the plastic it needs to be made. I love the green armor he wears, and with Cell already on our shelves, he needs a snack.
