The Transformers Masterpiece line has been running for quite a while now, but there are still a lot of characters still missing from the line owed to its limited amount of figures produced each year. The quality of these figures are top notch though, and it makes me want the missing characters even more! We already have a few figures revealed for future release, such as Hound and Blackarachnia; however, Hasbro is still missing a few key characters along with a couple that I think would be really cool. So here are the G1 characters I want most in the Hasbro Masterpiece line!

5. Cliffjumper
There was a red variant of Bumblebee released previously, but that isn't a Cliffjumper figure and I'm astounded that a Cliffjumper masterpiece figure hasn't been made yet! He is a major character from the original tv show, had a bigger part in the original film than most of the season 1/2 cast, and should be an easy recolor/remold of the Bumblebee masterpiece figure! Maybe with the newest Bumblebee coming out, they can use that to give us a proper Cliffjumper, bazooka and all.

4. Jazz
This is another character I'm surprised is still missing from the line. Jazz is the second in command of the Autobots and one of the coolest, smooth talking Autobots in the whole show. Just like Cliffjumper, he got a larger part than most of the original Autobots in the original movie, and he was popular enough to be included as one of the first five Autobots in the 2007 live action movie! I can only imagine that this character is around the corner!

3. Mirage
Out of the more secondary Autobot characters in the original show, Mirage was one of my favorites. I loved his ability to turn invisible, the cool white/blue alternate mode he donned, and the fact that in the end of the show's first three part opening arc he was the one that stopped the Decepticons! We've gotten most of the other G1 season 1 mid-sized Autobots like Bluestreak, Sideswipe, and others with Hound on the way, so we need a Mirage to join the line up!

2. Blitzwing
I'm surprised that triple changers haven't been added to the line yet, but their complexity may add a layer of higher cost that Hasbro doesn't want to deal with right now. Nonetheless, Blitzwing is a character that I really want a high quality, masterpiece scale and beauty version of! Just imagining what the masterpiece engineering can do with a character like this makes my head swirl, so hopefully he and the other triple changers will be inaugurated soon.

1. Galvatron
Rodimus Prime was one of the first masterpiece figures we ever received, why have we still not received his nemesis all these years later? Galvatron is still missing without any sign that he or any of the other season 3 Decepticons are on the way! He is known as the leader of the Decepticons following Megatron, and one of the most popular and well known of the Decepticon tyrants, so I hope that he will be coming to the line sooner rather than later.
