Top 5 most wanted McFarlane DC Multiverse deluxe Mega Figs vol 3

The MegaFig deluxe assortments of Mcfarlane DC Multiverse figures has given us some great selections of characters ranging from King Shark to a multitude of Batman villains such as Bane, Killer Croc, and Clayface, not to mention iconic villains such as Anti-Monitor and Doomsday! Even still, there is a massive world of DC history and media and never the end when it comes to what could come next in the toyline!

1. Rookie robot

The first entry on my list would pair extremely well with a recent figure we got in the line, that being the Jim Gordon depiction of Batman from late in the New 52 era. I personally really enjoyed this very different era for Batman, seeing Jim become more of a military esque version of the Dark Knight that worked more closely with the GCPD, including the deployment of a Batman robot called "The Rookie" that accompanied him during his time under the cowl. The robot has seen a couple repaints across the years, in the Detective Comics Rebirth series as well as Batman Beyond, so there'd be plenty of potential re-use for this mold for Mcfarlane as well!

2. Giganta

Female figures are few and far between in the line, especially when it comes to the MegaFig range which have not seen any female figures released in this fashion. Giganta would be an awesome and obvious choice for our first female Mega Figure in the line, being one of the most iconic characters in DC comics to have size on her side!

3. Bane (Arkham Asylum)

Dipping into the videogame universe, I was absolutely loving when we were getting back to back Arkham universe inspired Mega Figures! Titan Joker and Killer Croc are still two of my favorite figures in the line, and while I was really excited for the comic book Bane we got, the rumors of a Bane mega figure also had me excited that we'd be getting an Arkham Bane to continue the streak of Arkham mega figures. We've got a few Banes in the line since the start, and I hope it won't be too much longer until one of my favorite designs from the Arkham universe gets reinvigorated in figure form!

2. Superdoom

Returning to the comic side of things, the Superdoom storyline was one of my favorite event storylines from the New 52! Rather than rehashing Superman vs Doomsday in this new continuity, they had Superman become infected by Doomsday and ultimately morph into a Doomsday-like creature. Seeing Clark battle his literal inner monster, and eventually use it to his advantage was an exhilarating storyline with an epic climax. Mattel released their own version of Superdoom years ago, but I'd really be down for a huge, hulking version that better matches his later stages of transformation.

1. Parasite

With Superman's anniversary this year we got a lot of Superman related products, several allies of Superman, several villains of Superman, but one big villain from Superman's world that has been left out so far is definitely Parasite! There are a lot of different Parasite designs from the comics that could be used (All Star Superman has a great one in my opinion) but as long as the fleshy pink/purple energy sucking villain gets into the line sooner rather than later I'll be more than happy to add him to my Superman Rogues display!!
