Top 5 most wanted Tamashii Nations Naruto Shippuden S.H.Figuarts
I've taken a look at the first Naruto series specifically and what S.H.Figuarts figures I want from that series from Tamashii Nations, and now I'm jumping into the second Naruto series, Shippuden, to discuss what characters and designs specific to the second series in the Naruto franchise I want made into new figures. So this won't cover characters who may be very cool in Shippuden but whose overall designs did not change (such as Kisame and Guy Sensei), but focus more on those characters we see introduced during Naruto's teen years. Shippuden is where the lines seems to comfortably sit, and so I would not be surprised to see some of these characters get made sooner than later.
5. Sai
The line has had a heavy focus recently on the allies in Naruto's life as we got Shikamaru, Tsunade, and Hinata back to back, not to mention a tease for what seems to be a new Jiraiya figure. One of the major allies introduced during Naruto's teen years was Sai, who he initially gave a lot of opposition as Sai was Sasuke's replacement on the team. This social oddball went through a lot during his first arc with Naruto, quickly becoming a trusted teammate, and one whose Jutsu abilities would be so cool in figure form!4. Killer Bee
Later on in the series we were introduced to Killer Bee when Sasuke and his unit went after the Eight Tails wielder. While we saw many Tails wielders go down easy throughout the series to this point Killer Bee proved to be a cut above the rest, nearly killing Sasuke if his new allies hadn't stepped into the fray. That combined with Bee's comedic and explosive personality, impressive swordsmanship skills, and plain cool factor made him a long lasting fan favorite. If Tamashii Nations can figure out some way to get the figure to pull off the pose above he could also make for one of the best figures in the line!3. Kaguya
While Kaguya's sudden appearance at the end of the series was certainly something not many fans remember extremely fondly, or her role as a villain to that point, there is no denying that Kaguya is an iconic part of the franchise and one that fans do still remember quite a bit. Her ethereal design is unlike a lot of the other characters in the series and would easily be a figure to stand out.2. Snake Kabuto
I'm holding out for any version of Kabuto at the moment, and his disfigured snake form would be a very cool one to get in the line. With Tamashii Nations venturing into cloth good cloaks as of recently it would be a perfect time to recreate this design for Kabuto as we could get his cloaked look above, as well as his cloak-less look he takes on for a lot of his battle with Sasuke as well. The inclusion of his naval snake would be a big selling point for making this figure stand out, and while Kabuto's final contributions to the franchise weren't as major as other villains I still was a huge fan of Orochimaru's original right hand man.1. More Akatsuki
This may seem like a cop out to include all the Akatsuki members in one slot but if I didn't there was a big chance that a lot of this post was going to be all about individual Akatsuki members! Itachi and Pain have been great releases to start off the team in the line and the cloth good cloaks have proven to be an impressive if not sometimes fiddly accessory to fully realize these characters and their designs. Deidara is one of the most standout members with his fiery personality, not to mention Sasori as the first Akatsuki member we truly see in action, as well as Hidan who I was sure we were going to get to coincide with Shikamaru for one of the Naruto series' most emotional story arcs. Beyond even those three we have the powerful Konan whose abilities I'd be very interested to see the Figuarts line tackle, Zetsu and his many forms we see in the series, and the demonical Kakazu. While Kisame is a character we do see in the first series, I'll still mention him because he is so cool, and overall the more Akatsuki we get in the line the merrier!
